Great quality! Especially for the price, please don’t be discouraged if it looks bad on discord, it’s not the camera, it’s the lack of nitro. Microphone works really well too, super clear. My friends said it sounds better than my headset, which is a pretty high dollar brand as well. 10/10

I was so excited to purchase this camera. It had great specs, the whole 9 yards. Until I got it home, and it did not display an image. It was just a black screen. Well, it was a black screen until I tried to change the settings in the Synapse software. Then it just crashed and said it was in use in another program (which it wasn't.) But, whatever, I got a defective one, so I exchanged it and had to wait another 5 days because stores don't carry it. So I get my new one, and it works ok, except the auto-focus was adjusting every few seconds. I go into synapse to see if I can adjust it, and what do you know? There's a firmware update SPECIFICALLY for the auto-focus issue. So, I hit the button which takes me to their site. It doesn't update via Synapse, it uses an updater specifically for this firmware version. It goes through the update 100%, and for the final step it says to "please unplug and then re-connect your camera to this PC to continue." So I do this, and it stays on this screen. Nothing happens. Minutes go by, so I contact Razer, and they tell me that I need to wait 48 hours for their "high level team" to contact me. Yeah, I'm all set. Never again will I purchase another Razer product. This is the THIRD Razer webcam if you count both Kiyo Pros and the Stargazer I got a few years back that was also defective out of the box.

$99 for a webcam that rivals Logitech's $170 stream cam and elgato's equally priced facecam is a steal. Razer's software may not have the best interface but at a $70 discount compared to the competition i'm willing to deal with it.

Cam is absolutely perfect, just try not to have leds right by it so that your vid doesn’t pixilate some external white light is great

I had no issues connecting to my computer, as soon as I plugged it in all the software downloaded and works great for meanings

Absolute piece of garbage. I am already replacing it. Razer once again proves that it cannot do the basic asking of a product! I just wanted a web cam to play spelltable because it is trash and could not act as a webcam and cut off from my windows machine tonight and my mac last night where I both had to concede. Try to be a grown up product! I tried when it was the hammerhead 2 that did not work, the starcraft 2 marauder keyboard that did not work, and the razer death adder that surprise did not work. Basically, their products for me are cheap, they are a rental program for me for the last 20+ years where you are lucky to get 2 months out of their products for a cheap price.

This is advertised as a highly performant camera, but in reality, you cannot adjust the light level and it doesn't work well if you have backlight. I have windows behind my desk and when I'm on camera, my face is super dark and my background is super light, but my laptop camera is able to adjust for this.

Running into issues with device having usb-3.0, and new laptops having just usb-c connection.

This is one of the better 1080/60 webcams i’ve used. The autofocus isnt that great, but luckily the software lets you turn it off and focus manually. You can also dial in the settings just how you want to get the best picture possible from the sensor. It has decent low light performance, and is easy enough to set up. Compared to the facecam from Elgato, picture sharpness is just a tad lower

Firstly the pros: For a camera that is this expensive, it's nicely built. It feels like a detachable lens of a professional camera. The quality of video it outputs is nice, and .... that's about it when it comes to the positives. Now for the negatives: For $90, I want a camera that works. I don't know if it's because of the Razer software or the camera itself, but at random moments during a Zoom call, the camera will freeze and crash itself. I've looked this issue up on google, and it is a common occurrence. What troubles me is how long this issue exist, and it has never been addressed or remedied. To describe the issue, I would be in a zoom call using both the camera and the microphone of the webcam. At any moment, the Zoom call will freeze, your camera will freeze, and noone can hear you. The remedy to this is to unplug the camera completely, and replug it into the USB location, or to try another location, or to unplug the cord behind the camera, or to unplug both ...- I hope you're seeing the vast amount of issues that this will cause. For $90, you're better off spending it elsewhere.

So it gets 4 stars because it is a great camera, but there are 2 major downsides to this. One, turn off auto focus, that is the worst feature of this camera. Second, do not install the razer synapse it whatever else it wants you to download... My computer has had to fight off two Trojans since I installed the app, thankfully I have some great computer protection and it was shut down. If you avoid the app and turn off auto focus, it's a great camera!

I purchased this webcam for use at work in Teams meetings. Laptop webcams are usually terrible and I didn't like the audio or video quality of the one on my laptop so I picked this one up. It rests nicely on top of my monitor and plugs right into the spare USB port. The image quality is above and beyond what comes standard on a laptop and the audio quality is also surprisingly good, but I did opt to use my RODE mic instead. Using the Razer software you can use HDR and the image cleans up nicely and it really helps to smooth out the image and improve it's quality. Price isn't bad, especially if you can get it on sale. Well worth it, and I even recommended it to my sister for her personal use.

I love this webcam! It is great for zoom meetings, gaming, and streaming. It has auto focus and lighting so no need to take forever to set it up before you stream. It has many advanced settings to adjust the filters and lighting in case you want a little more sharpness, contrast, saturation, etc. I loved this Razer cam so much, I had to get the Razer mini keyboard as well. Highly Recommend!

DSLR quality. Been streaming for years and this is the best webcam I've gotten. The quality, the 60fps, the wide view and the ability to see the different lights in my room is top notch. Worth every penny.

I bought this webcam while it was on sale for 50% off At about (100Usd) rather then the normal 200. It is a realtivly high quality camera and can even pick up audio however at times there is slight issues where no matter what you do it is blurry. It can sometimes take up to 45seconds for it to autofocus and not be blurry but it is overall a good quality 1 (if you can get it on sale) I use it for streaming and have not excountered any other issues with it and I have had it for 6 months now.

I have been looking for the best webcam I could buy for months. I have spent as low as $50 up to $250. none was good for me. I accidentally walked by this webcam in the store and was surprise $100 off. when I installed it, OMG this is the best ever cam, quality lighting speed and sound quality this is the one to own. it is a big cam but that does not and can not be a fact if it is for the home or office set up. the amount of adjustable title is so wonderful. im surprised with all the search I had and never came across this on line. I LOVE IT!
