    Minor bugs here and there

I like this product for a few reasons, but dislike it as well. The product itself is great, it has a really long cord which is perfect for my set up, the stand for it is super high quality and easy to use, and the camera quality is fantastic. However, from my experience it has had a lot of bugs, even after updating the firmware and everything else that was necessary for it. I noticed that sometimes when I am on video calls it will flash my video green and sometimes not even turn on, even though the light says it's in use. It would be a great product if it actually worked as intended. I'm sure this could be fixed with a firmware update, or something to do with razer synapse, so I would still recommend this product if it ever gets fixed.

Haven't had a Webcam in years but work required one, so here we go. Tha hardware is solid. Picture is great. Focuses and adjusts well to light changes and movement. Only hardware change I would suggest is a longer cable. What is provided is thick, wrapped, and solid. But it's only like 3 feet. Had to buy a other lo her one just to reach between top of monitor and desktop. Synapse: so it detected and installed and updated firmware immediately, no issues there. But upon a disconnect and reconnect of new camera to use the new cable it basically crashed the app to a black screen. I had to force quit it and restart. Been fine since but I sit uneasy. Synapse had been flawless for both my Razer mouse and keyboard. Introducing the Kiro gave me the first hiccup ever so I'm dropping a star.

The quality of the camera is amazing. Its easy to install and set up. My only gripe is its base which is bulky and not easy to place if you dont already have a stand for it.

Used for school and work meetings. The picture is pretty good with enough lighting. I have a giant window the gives enough sunlight. With just my room light, it gets a bit of noise. It's better than having to use the camera on a phone.

This camera has been of great value. The camera is easy to use, with the setup very straightforward and the quality of the picture generating compliments from the people who experience the feed. I use it mostly for business teleconference and it works seamlessly with MS Teams, Google Meet, Webex, and GoToMeeting.

The razer kiyo pro is a great webcam and I love that it can record 1080p at 60fps. I do wish the auto focus was a bit better because it keeps going in and out of focus but other than that, the quality and build is perfect!

Absolute great camera, did everything I needed. The microphone on the camera left a lot to be desired but its not a problem if you're using a different microphone for audio. Great low light capture, super clear picture. Great for streaming.

The best webcam I've ever used. The images are sharp and the exposure control is spot on. What stands out of the dynamic range. Most webcams tend to over expose light areas to pick up dark, but the Kiyo Pro has enough dynamic range to keep both light and dark properly exposed and balanced. Some early reviewers have stated that they encountered problems with the auto focus, but I believe this may have been pre release firmware problems, as I have not encountered this issue on a retail unit.

So I actually enjoyed this camera! I was worried about the reviews saying things about the updates, but I got this and worked just fine! It needed like, 17 updates which required me to unplug it and plug it back in each time for every update, but after it was all done it worked just fine, even uses the same Synapse App that my other Razer products used! My only qualm is that I must not be using the setting right. The resolution and the colors are fine but I cannot seem to get the lighting right. I have like, five different sources of lighting and it looks too bright, too hard, too choppy. I am even editing the advanced settings little by little and it's still not as easy as I hoped. But the camera is great! Love it and it looks fantastic!

If you're looking for a camera that offers a stunning wide view, one that even my Galaxy Ultra struggles to match, I truly believe this could be the perfect choice for you. It’s a wonderful option that captures beauty with pride.

Great clear camera. Works well with Zoom and other video call platforms. The microphone appears to work clearly as well. It’s bigger than I anticipated for my laptop, but the adjustable arm feature helps to balance it on my laptop’s thin lip.

Best Cam I have -- for my MacBook and PC

This is the best cam out of the Razor Kirk series, the lower priced Kiryo X and Kiro (with the light.) It's worth the extra money. I use it with my PC and my MacBook Pro. It has software that only works with a PC but it also works with the Mac. Mine needed a firmware upgrade out of the box, and you can only do that with a PC. So, this can be a big drawback for those who only have a MacBook. The images are big and bright and very clear and detailed. I have tried quite a few cams and this is my favorite one by far.

The webcam is really good, I had some troubles with updating the fireware but after insterting it in a usb on my motherboard it was able to update. The picture quality is great and the 60 fps 1080p is awesome.
