My daughter got these from Santa (*wink) and she loves them. Originally I didn't think Santa could afford the Kitty Headset because the WIRED version was $150. But then magically this Bluetooth wireless Kitty Headset became available and was only $100. Santa can't justify spending $150 for WIRED. Shouldn't wired be cheaper? Whatever, $100 for wireless is a good deal, as long as it's quality. And quality this is. I wore them just to get them set up and sync'd, and they were super comfortable. Also sound pretty good. Not to mention my daughter LOVES that they are RGB. I'm pretty sure you can even change the color on each individual light (1 on each earcup, and 1 on each kitty ear - 4 total lights). Only complaint is the the charger cable plugs in to pretty tight fit, so my daughter has a hard time unplugging the charger cable by herself, and she doesn't want to break them trying to do it, so she usually has me do it. No biggie though.

Cute headset. Sound quality is good. Comfort is good enough but they do fall down, ears get hit if you are using them while you clean house and it is a bit heavy. This headset is very fun and I like that it changes colors. To change the color you need to use the app on your device or download software to a computer to change colors. I was not able to figure out how to get the downloaded software to work but did download the razer chroma rgb app and the audio kraken bt kitty app and was finally able to change colors. These do not have a plug so you can not use them on the plane with there video. Only Bluetooth. They connect well but you need to turn off other devices you have it connected to so it is only trying to connect with the one you are using at the time.

I adore these headphones! They are so cute, the ear muffs are comfy, and the sound is excellent. The app makes it easy to adjust the audio and the colors of the ears and logo. The only complaint I have is the earmuffs have a strange smell, but you only notice when you randomly decide to sniff them like I did -_-

great audio quality my games make noises I did not know they made previously and as an added bonus doubles as a headlight (nightlight level brightness) when walking around the house in the dark of night only place they lose points is registering them they tuck the code needed for registration in a very hard to read spot

This headset is advertised by Razer as a gaming headset. After pairing to my pc, I was setting up for my stream and was having seious issues with games and discord audio. After hunting, they state on their support forum that "I experience poor game sound quality when chatting and while playing games on my PC using a Razer Bluetooth headset This is due to limitations with Bluetooth connectivity. Razer Bluetooth headsets are meant to be used for consuming media via Bluetooth mobile devices, not as you would with a traditional PC gaming headset via USB connection." I tested with my phone last night through the discord app on my phone and it worked perfectly. Even when using strictly audio, not microphone it is atrocious. I have had nothing but, problems with both forms of the Kraken Kitty Headphones now. It is very upsetting. This is not a Best Buy problem but, a razer problem. I was so happy yesterday openning this for Christmas and now today I just want to fight Razer.

I bought these for my wife. A majot upgrade to the phone ear buds she was previously using. Love the aesthetics. Rbg control and cute ears makes them adoring on her. Sound quality is really good on most devices. I had to buy an adaptor for the nintendo switch which for some reason lessens the quality of sound. But mic works well.

Best wireless headset I’ve owned. Great sound quality. Perfect for trying focus on work in a noisy atmosphere.

I purchased a Razer Kitty BT synapse did not ever recognize the device. Attempted many bug fixes and wired connections. Returning the headset because I primarily game on my PC and from (several hours) of research it is an incompatibility between the Kitty BT and Windows. This should be made more apparent on the product page. The only place mentioning the fairly massive defect is on the troubleshooting page of the Kitty BT saying that it is not for PC use, despite being listed as a PC gaming headset on your website and in listings on other platforms.

They feel lighter than the wired headset and I like that theyre compatible with my phone and switch.

Very hard to use, the wireless setting had difficulty adjusting.

Great Bluetooth headphones for my 9 year old daughter.

Ive seen alot of false reviews and i wanna clear this up. This headset WILL work with pc as long as your pc itself has bluetooth. This headset does exactly what it claims to do so before you give a bad review, consider a quick google search on your pc to see if you have bluetooth. The headset is amazing for gaming/streaming on pc!

I love it!! The sound of the music isnt thay great but hey, I still think they are better than air max.
