    It says they dont work without the Razer software but they dont work with the software either. Spent an hour or so downloading and making it the default device. Got the surround sound and the Audio is still horrible and constantly cuts in and out. Returning.

    This headset is good for chill games played some overwatch and quality was surprising good. I think people expect some high quality sound like hyperx but its not most cute stuff don’t come with premium quality sound. Again its a decent headset but not bad either.

    sound quality is horrid. is pixelated no matter what i do. i’m so upset i spent the money on the wireless ones when i should have just got the wired to avoid that problem.

    Terrible sound quality. They wouldn't let me return either, didn't realize the return policy was so short now. Don't recommend.

    Audio and mic are absolutely awful. A $20 headset on Amazon works better. But they are cute

    So it doesn’t come with an adapter if you don’t have a Bluetooth for your pc make sure to get one so you can connect them. Yes they do work on your phone, all you have to do is exactly the same as for your pc if you have one connect them to your Bluetooth and they should work. They are very comfortable I used them for hours playing video games and so far I’m in love with these headphones. They also come with a pink charger and that’s about it. As for the mic I’ve only used them for FaceTime calls and my boyfriend said I sounded normal.
