Instead of being able to help me online/over the phone - I am forced to go into the store. I bought them online - because I travel for work so getting to a store is difficult. I may never purchase from Best Buy again - It might be better to buy complete crap on amazon - because when it doesn't work you can throw it away. This hunk of junk cost almost $200

This thing wears down sooo fast!! The head support cushion will rip apart and you’ll see the foam they put underneath it within less than a year. People will often say they cannot hear you, or your mic volume is too low.

I was really hope this one would be a winner for my wife, but she didn't enjoy it. She said the ears were cute, but the aesthetic is a little dated now, and the boom microphone is annoying. The microphone quality is subpar for a headset that is this expensive.
