Razer products are great and this is no exception. Love the feel, sound quality and microphone. Easy to use on Nintendo Switch to play Fortnite. Unfortunately my son likes to lay on bed and when laying down his head on the side the earcup made a tiny click noise. So every time he moved his head on the pillow the clicking noise could be heard. It was too annoying for him and had to exchange it. If you don't lay your head down, then you will be fine and will love this headset.

The headset is great for the price and the mic is clear but the only problem I find is after a short time the headset gets a little uncomfortable after about an hour of use. they didn't add enough padding to the top of your headband part. The headset is built well but is a little heavy too. But after adding a little padding attachment that you can purchase on amazon the headset feels way better now.

The headphones themselves are well built and sound good but the on cord volume control constantly gets accidently changed by normal game play. Also, the app tries to do too much. I just want a gaming headset, not software that takes over everything. I've had constant issues on my gaming laptop with mic or sound problems due to compatibility issues so it's not a simple plug and go.

While this headset is a chunky one and makes you look like you have Princess Leia buns, it is super comfy, light, and sounds really solid for the price. The mic quality is above average for a gaming headset. The overall build quality is good too, with metal sliders, braided cables, etc. I love the USB controller for the audio too. It’s super convenient and gives you access to the cool Razer Synapse tool too. The THX surround sound is one of the better implementations I’ve heard of it too.

Great headset. Comfortable, doesn't make my jaw, ears or top of my head hurt. Sound quality is excellent! I thought my last headset was great, but when I got used to actually have surround sound in games, my mind was blown. I also like the volume and other adjustments on the little fab. I have it situated on my desk next to my keyboard which keeps the cord at bay and the buttons easily reached. Highly recommend and will get again when this one wears out.

5/5 stars. The sound on this headset is amazing. The bass is insane and it comes with the Razer Synapse software and you can customize the sound perfectly to your liking. There is a Surround Sound setting, Game setting, and balanced. The microphone is amazing quality and my friends approve of the mic audio. You can make it so it cuts out any background noise and makes your voice clear. 100% worth the price. Get them while you can! -Jaden

Actually really like this mic. I have been using it for 1.5 years now and it is very durable. Im ngl I dropped it a few times and thought it would have cracked but no, it held up. The audio and mic quality on this is really nice. Doesn't have any crazy bass on it tho, but that's not what it was made for. I would prob buy it again for the price.

The headset is great. It was a Christmas gift. They are nice and comfortable. When you get them to work the sound is great. You barely notice them there. However getting them to work was a chore. Took several hours and updates to get them to work a lot of trial and error. These are not a plug and play if you have realtek audio on your computer.

A bit confusing for the gaming / voice audio setup, but once you get past that, it's a great headset. Very friendly with eyeglasses as the foam is very soft. Can get warm around the ears if you do not have good room air flow.

My favorite headset. Got it on sale for about half off. Love the sound quality and the controls. Also very comfortable for extended wear during gaming or work from home. I've had other Razer headsets and didn't enjoy them as much as this one. Cons: Razer Synapse can be annoying to use. And the sound gave out at 1.5 years, but Best Buy warranty covered new ones.

I purchased these headphones a few days ago, and have been very fond of them. They're comfortable, and the sound quality is fantastic. The USB audio controller is the most fascinating part of them. I find it extremely simple how I can easily set a balance between my game audio and my chat volume with the audio controller. These replaced my old Kraken V2 headphones. So far, I feel the upgrade was well worth the money.

My son requested these headphones for Christmas. He has owned every set of gaming headphones imaginable. When he requested these, I was skeptical because they are wired and much cheaper than any other set he’s owned. He loves them. He went on and on about the clarity, noise cancellation, comfort, etc. Overall, I am please with the price point and quality of these head phones.

I love the sound that these headphones produce. I also like the fact that it is probably the most comfortable headset I have ever used. Ear cushions are really soft and comfortable, plus they must be breathable which adds to the comfort for long periods of time. The THX integration is awesome and sounds amazing when playing games, listening to music or watching something on Netflix or something. I highly recommend this headset.

the bass and clarity is great, zero to none feedback from the mic, durable

Honestly this has gone beyond my expectations. I can't tell you how many times I've dropped this thing and it still works great. I also have a really bad habit of twisting the cable, it's a little rough looking and has permanent twists at this point, but I have zero issues with mic and sound quality. A solid headset for the careless user.

Razor has never let me down and always surprises me with there products and I have had this headset for almost a year now. The surround sound and game mode feature are amazing well watching videos and playing games. With the adjustable feature I am able to find the size that fits me most comfortable

Great headset for work and for gaming. Comfortable even after hours of long wear. Fits larger heads comfortably as well. Mic is responsive and clear, and the fact that it retracts is an added bonus. Sound quality is great especially with the added THX feature. I used this for work calls as well as for my Xbox Series X and I've had no issues at all.

My son used the popular headset that starts with a T for years and I replaced them at least a dozen times (only because of warranty). I got tired of them falling apart, so we tried these. They have been holding up really well, are interchangeable, and have great sound.

First of all: I use this headset on an X-Box One, so I haven't experimented with the THX adapter for PC, and can't comment on that. With that being said, I love these headphones. The sound quality is super, the volume adjuster works great, and they are very comfortable. I like that they are wired, so there's no problem with connectivity or batteries. All in all, a great purchase!
