The fit was a perfect fit on my teenage daughter’s head. During this remote learning schooling at home, she needed a reliable headset / earphone with microphone. This headset is comfortable, has great sound and is lightweight for one to use many hours straight.

So customer service touts that they will work with the 3.5 mm jack directly into the controller. Yeah, so will the hands free earbuds that came with my IPhone. I can’t believe that don’t advertise that the included audio chat/game mixer doesn’t work with Xbox One. This was a huge selling point for this headset since it’s one of the few at this price point that includes one. The sound is good. The comfort is great. The ear cups are round and deep. The fabric and material are cooler that other “leatherette” ear cups. My recommendation for XBox users is to spend less on a regular headset and spend $40 for the Turtle Beach Headset Audio Controller Plus.

These headphones have good sound and are comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The only thing that I'm not a big fan of is they aren't as fine tunable in chat volume vs. game volume, like my Turtle Beach ones are (on the xbox 1 console).

Great headset. Very comfortable, the usb controls are handy and (from what I’m told) the mic is clear. Depending on the program you use, you may have to adjust for how much background noise the mic picks up tho, it tends to be sensitive.

Great upgrade from the previous headset. Super comfortable and cool to wear for long periods...sound quality much improved too. Very happy with the purchase...and BB were able to price match after they reduced the price shortly after purchase. Very happy!

These headphones sound great, are super comfy, and the mic quality is better than expected. They are easy to use, although I recommend watching a video on how to set them up. The razer synapse software works great and can be used to customize these bad boys to the max.

Really excellent sound, extremely comfortable. A little bit to get set up, and the settings seem to somehow get reset for me. So keep the instructions around or keep notes on how your various applications using sound and/or voice need to be set up to work.

The headphones do their thing no doubt! they're adjustable and fit very comfortable in long sessions. one great feature about these is they come with a 7.1 surround sound activation code to use on your computer, pretty sweet add on.

If you are looking for a good quality headset that can take a beating your looking can stop now. I have thrown this headset around many times and has nothing but scratches. This headset has great sound and is really comfy to wear.

So my last headset was really uncomfortable so I read a lot of reviews and decided this was the one for me. I’m not disappointed. It’s very comfortable and the sound quality of the mic is very good. I do some streaming of my gaming experiences and this headset has been excellent.

The headset works really well! It’s not had any complications, is very comfortable, pretty light, and has great mic audio. It also has a mixer that can help you hear your teammates or your friends. It’s really good and I would 100 percent recommend it

without a doubt some headphones that are very comfortable the gel they have inside helps the ears to not heat up they are comfortable the sound is very good even if you connect it without the controller the microphone is neither so good nor so bad it is respectable

Excellent sound, great features. I even use this for work calls (when not using video ;). The Kraken software unfortunately uses way too many resources. If they would slim down the software a bit it would make the package perfect.

This headset is very comfortable even with my large head and is one of the few headsets that can clearly pick up my soft voice during gaming sessions that require people to clearly understand call outs. It's hard to point out negatives for this range in product category.

This is an excellent headset. Possibly the most comfortable I have ever worn! The quality is amazing! I have yet to use the spatial because sadly I have Xbox and can't use the usb portion of the headset! But without it it sounds just perfect!

If you're looking to get into PC gaming, I can't recommend this headset more as a starting point. Superb sound quality and really comfortable to wear. I have owned other older versions of the Kraken and these models of headsets really hold up over time.

Bought this while on sale for nearly half off and it was worth it. Sound quality isn't going to impress an audiophile, but it is good and immersive. Mic does its job as well and I love that it's retractable. Much like most/all Razer products, the headphone settings are integrated into the Razer Synapse software. Ear cups are plush, comfortable, and don't become hot. My only real complaint is the headband padding. While the headband itself is thick, the padding is thin and before long I feel the band digging into my skull. Overall, it's a solid gaming headset.

Honestly the most comfortable headphones I've ever owned! I had the PS4 Golds before and they were pretty nice, upgraded to these and its night and day. The sound feels fuller and crisp, mixed with volume/mute buttons on the cord are convenient.

I have had this for about a year and a half and it's still working amazing. I'm able to hear so much more in games and the plush ear cushions are fantastic. Would extremely recommend this if you don't mind the small thx booster to mount on your desk.

To be fair, I purchased predominantly for online meetings and that sense it works well for the most part. The microphone quality is good and the speakers work well. My only complaint for this use is that I have problems using this device with some Zoom meetings. For other platforms such as GoToMeeting and Microsoft Teams this device is very effective. It does reasonably well for music off my PC, but I would not recommend it over some of the more music oriented headsets. I do not game anymore so while it has lots of functions for gamers that look very interesting, I cannot comment on the quality of those features. Overall, I am pleased with the purchase and it has met my needs for the most part with the exception noted.
