I used Logitech G322 for more than a year until I couldn't hold it anymore and had to make a new purchase. Most headphones, including the G322, were relatively comfortable during the first week. However, they can get very painful due to clamping force basically pushing the eyeglasses rims into your skull. I was in the market for a new headphone, and I saw this being displayed on Best Buy. I tried it, and to my surprise, it was very comfortable. It did not hurt my ears (mine are open wide sideways unlike most people), and the headphone does not clamp you from the side. This makes wearing a glasses very comfortable—you do not feel any digging from the glasses to your head at all! It has been quite a while since I use this, and I can safely assure you that this is not the headphone that would trick you after the first month. Other than the comfort, the sound is a step up from my G322. I am not an audiophile, but I can feel more bass and my games feel more natural sounding (and louder) than G322. The microphone is a huge upgrade from G322. This is a lot clearer than my old headphone. If I were to give some parameter, it would be around 70% toward YouTuber's fancy $100 standalone mic than a standard "basic" headphone mic. The noise cancellation works like a charm. It omits all the breathing noise when you're speaking. In short, if you're in the market for a headphone and you're a glasses user, you're at the right spot. This is for you, and you will not hate it.

Sound quality and bass took me by surprise based off price for this headset and RGB is just an added bonus.

I got it half off on sale, which makes it a real deal. I am a professional game dev, so I need a good pair to really hear the background noises and all. I get a little bit oversaturation on the mid-range sometimes, but a great sound for the price. Even at full price they would be a good deal. I have had more expensive sets, but for the money this is the best all around I have used. Absoulutely booms some good bass music.

I love my headset! First one I ever started with. My set up is RGB so these were definitely needed. I love the sound quality and pretty much everything about it. Worth the investment! And very comfortable to wear as well as easy to maintain clean!

I have had the Razer Kraken Ultimate for a few weeks now. And I have already had many better experiences with this headset than others in the past. It’s sound quality is outstanding and the money you have to pay for this is all worth it. It’s microphone was instantly hooked up to my computer and I had to change the audio from my computer speakers to my Kraken Ultimate, so it’s a very simple set up. Not only is the mic easy to set up but it has a great noise-cancellation setting and you can boost its gain in Razer Synapse. And what makes it even better is the fact that you can apply any effect of lighting you wish on the headset itself. I personally use wave and fire effects for my razer set up. Besides that, it’s overall a great headset and it’s all worth it!

Really nice headphone to own. Ear cushions are really comfortable to use, the color scheme is really easy to customize and has some amazingly soft color schemes that are really beautiful plus it has a quality feel that looks as if it will last me quite a while. If you were looking for the review to decide whether its worth $130. It is worth it. Trust me.

Before this headset I had a lot of issues with getting speakers/mics setup properly with discord, games and streaming. This one was really simple and an immediate improvement to sound quality. Pros: * Good sound and Mic quality * Mic can be retracted when not needed, also easy to bend for optimal placement. * Simple mute button * Light up option is fun, can sync with Razor keyboard/mouse * Long cord * Surround sound is decent * Comfortable Cons: * They block a lot of outside noise and don't have an ambient sound option. Easy to get lost in the game and miss real life events. (personal preference, maybe a plus for some) * Big, would recommend a stand or a place to put them when not in use. The cord and headset size can take up some space.

Very comfortable and light. Volume adjuster on the left side is very useful and convenient. The mic being able to move in and out is a great touch and keeps it out of the way. The RGB on the sides is a nice touch and works great with razer synapse. The cable is well made and seems like it will last, also the surround sound capability is really well done. Good for music, games, and video.

It has been one year later and they still function just as well as when I got them. Both are comfortable in summer and winter weather. The sound quality is amazing and I love the LED lighting effects. Honestly, this was the best purchase and they are breathable meaning no sweat issues.

great gaming headphones for the price, honestly if u need a good headset for a reasonable price this is it, have had it well over 2 yrs and it is the perfect headset.

This Razer Kraken Ulitmate is the best gaming headset I’ve ever have the privilege of using. The sound quality is top notch, and it is incredibly comfortable! Highly recommend this gem!

I have an older Razer headset which I have been using for over 10 years that still works great. I have been playing a lot of Call of Duty Warzone, and lately I've noticed that some people I was playing with could hear things that I wasn't able to hear, and they could also tell the direction the sound was coming from. I decided that maybe it was time to upgrade. I purchased this set, and set it up on my computer, and also downloaded a driver for it. Overall, I have to give this a big thumbs up. I can definitely hear better now, and I 'm able to tell in which direction the sound is coming from, so that is a really good thing when it comes to games like Warzone. If there is a negative, I would have to say that players voices now sound like they are coming in over a radio. With my other headset, their voices sounded normal. I will have to see if there is a way for me to adjust how the voices sound, but even if there isn't, this headset is still far superior to my other really good headset that I have been using for years.

I LOVE the headphones ! the audio is awesome and the mic is crystal clear ! the only minus is that the mic sponge is not included , but that's not important .The setup is fast and easy +the rgb lights on the side are customizable! I recommend the headset!

No complaints. Entirely worth it. Comfortable for long sessions and beautiful 7.1 adjustable audio to hear any depth.

I have purchased two sets of these headphones now for my children. The build quality is great. These are very durable and will last through heavy use. Sound quality is excellent. My only gripes about the headphones are: 1. The volume wheel doesn't appear to work on Windows 11, although admittedly I haven't tried troubleshooting very far because my kids know how to control the volume through fn keys on their keyboard. 2. The mute button on the tip of the microphone boom is a bit hard to find/push when you're in a pinch. Overall these are pretty minor gripes and my kids are very happy with the headset.

I’ve had the Razer kraken ultimate for well over a year, surprisingly enough these headphones lasted way longer than my other razer products. Unfortunately, it is quite hard to clean near the hinges that allow you to move the ear cuffs around, with some canned air, q-tips, and effort you can get most of the grime out. The software that is used to change the colors on the headphones does update quite a lot. These headphones use a usb connection instead of the standard headphone jack, which makes it perfect if you have separate audio and microphone inputs! I would totally recommend these at the sale price of $60.

I have always been a fan of razer hardware and this set of headphones are really great in terms of comfortably and sound quality. The rgb lighting is also another added bonus, not too bright but not too dim and still customizable with their razer synapse program. Just worth noting that this is NOT a wireless headset. That doesn't matter to much to me but just FYI. The collapsible mic is very nice as well as the ring that turns on when you have it muted. Overall a great product!

Amazing headset for the sale price I got it at 40% off. Would recommend even not on sale. Sound quality is great for gaming on my PC, my friends say the mic is great quality and noise canceling is decent, the haptic feedback is a nice touch but for whatever reason they didnt make the haptics work while plugged in, so if you have to charge it while gaming you cant have haptic sound feedback, but i dont care much about that so 5/5. The only issue i experienced was sometimes synapse doesnt recognize the device after waking my PC, so sometimes you have to restart your PC with it plugged in for it to work properly.

Doesnt feel clunky and weak like plastic. Seems to be pretty durable and unlike the other stuff on the market it has rgb that changes color so you don't need to stick to the the razer green stuff that doesnt look so good with their lower priced stuff. Before I was debating whether to get a cheap one for $30+ on another brand or this one for $65 or so and it doesnt disappoint. I can hear clearly and the mic works pretty well. Definitely a must buy for gaming. It should last pretty long with its materials and build.
