At first I thought I could plug this headset onto my console controller and use it on there, but the wire is for a USB port not a headphone jack. Which was okay but would’ve been a nice touch. Now that I got over the “bad part” here’s the good part. This Headset comes with a LED system that you can manually changed and add effects to it in the Razors app. Not only that but it practically has noise cancellation. It’s easy to wear and enjoyable to use.

I bought this for my son for his gaming set up. He loves it. Said it was the best headset he has ever used.

I bought these headset and owned previous generation of these models but when i got this particular set the microphone was defective i returned it shortly after no problem but with covid 19 out and about i went back to an old reliable to keep me the hermit i know i can be the SS Artic line up. Pros. Loud/Comfortable/audio EQ customization (With Razer software)/ decent build overall/ synasp and cortex synergies really well with the razer products all in one stop shop for macros, optimization, and EQ Con Bulky / usb-port hardwire only (adapters not included)

I stopped buying razer products for a few years after one of my headsets from them didnt last 6 months with minimal use. But these went on a good deal so i tried them again and after awhile of not using razer headphones i can at least say these are really good. They feel good on the ears. They sound better than the astros ive used for awhile and the mic is the best mic ive used on any gaming headset.

The Razer Nari Ultimate is an excellent piece of gaming hardware! However, there are some things that you, the buyer, should be aware of: 1. In my honest opinion, you will need to tweak the equalizer sound settings to suite what you like best, because the default sound settings and preset equalizer sets don't do this gaming headset any justice (again, this is just my opinion). I strongly suggest you search out best settings for the Razer Nari Ultimate online, even YouTube. I was ready to return this headset because I was not impressed with the sound I was getting. I decided to do some further research and discovered that the user really should tweak the equalizer sound settings using the custom EQ settings option. Doing this made a HUGE difference and totally made a complete opposite impression on me! I decided to keep this headset! 2. The battery life is advertised as 20 hours with Haptics and RBG lighting off, and 8 hours with Haptics and RBG lighting on. While it is true that you'll get at or very near to 20 hours without the extras, the advertised 8 hours with Haptics and RBG lighting on is true right to the minute. If you turn Haptics off and leave the RBG lighting on, you'll get a bit longer than just 8 hours. However, if you turn on Haptics and leave RBG lighting off, you'll get 8 hours solid. Weird, I know, but just realize that RBG lighting doesn't draw as near as much energy as the Haptics will. 3. You can still use the headset while it's being charged (big plus for some gamers!). I'm very impressed with the Razer Nari Ultimate gaming headset.

Great headset for the price, especially with Razers customization of colors and equalizer.

I wanted to like these so much. Great sound and retractable mic. I just could not get them to work consistently. They are USB-based headphones. They must work with your OS and apps to work properly. I could get the to work reliably on Windows 10. For instance, I get them to work on Discord fantastically; but when I went in-game, there would no game sounds. Or I could get the games sounds going but no Discord. My Windows 10 install is two weeks old and it was the only audio device in my system.

These things fit comfortably. The sound is very good. I'm not an audiophile; but, I am still very pleased. They make a huge difference in First Person Shooter type video games because of the stereo direction of approaching enemies. The microphone is clear and I'm told my voice is easy to understand. I'm not a fan of how the microphone feels small and unsubstantial; but, it works well and slides into the earcup to be out of the way when not in use.

Incredible headphones! I got this one to replace the Kraken TE I used to have. Needless to say, these are more powerful, sound better and look better with the RGB lighting! All customization is done via Synapse 3, so one central app to control all your Razer peripherals. Definitely recommend these!
