It's a pretty decent headset when it decides to work. Synapse I still have a love / hate relationship with it. When it works, it works fantastically, but when it doesn't, well... you either have to reboot, or unplug and replug the device back in. It's very comfortable, and I still have the regular USB version of this headset, but wanted to see how the wireless was. The haptic feedback... well... it's a mess. I don't use it. At all. It makes my entire head rattle and it's more of an annoyance than actually enhances anything. If you can get this on sale, go ahead and pull the trigger on it, but at regular price? Nah. Grab the USB version of it. It's good, but not good enough to recommend seriously.

First of all, i love the sound. I was thrown off by the haptic feedback from these, but the sound is amazing. Software however is a pain to get up and going. Just like every other app you need for tunning your different things it has its flaws. Headphone cusions are soft and i dont really have any fatigue on my ears while gaming. Overall 4/5

I've had my Kraken V3's for about 6 months now and let me tell you... I am never going back to a wired only headset! Having the free range to turn my head and not worry about wires speaks for itself. There are no latency issues, and my friends in discord noticed my voice sounding very clear. When the headphones are running low on battery, they will beep in your ear until you plug them in. Just plug them in and continue to use them as they're charging.

I bought these to have an easy and comfortable way to communicate withy remote team at work as well as to play games quietly when my wife is sleeping. The sound quality and the vibrations from the haptic sensors are perfect. I was able to rack up the kill numbers because I could hear the direction they were running from the 7.1 surround sound and the vibrations coming from the side they were on.

Kind of dated, good deal with discount as headphones are comfortable and have good sound but same price as wireless without the sale so doesn’t really make sense to get these ones for me at least. My son got these for Christmas initially and exchanged for full wireless v4 more convenient.

This is a great headset, it has amazing sound quality, directional hearing, and the hypersense is great for anyone wanting a more immersive experience. My only complaint is with the microphone for the headset, I tried a bunch of different things to try and raise the sound from the microphone and couldn't make it any louder. For anybody to be able to hear me while using the attached microphone I had have the mic less than an inch away from my face

I love this headset it sounds amazing! For gaming i can easily rely on it for positional accuracy and as for listening to music it's amazing i actually prefer it now more than my Sony wh-1000 M4 which is amazing but the bass effects are so addictive! I can tell it's also louder. One important note is that i use Dolby Atmos instead of THX and sone tweaks fron Razer Synapse i can tell that's the best combo for the best sound.

Don't get me wrong there is nothing too bad about this headset I think most of my problems were on the App side of things, but this headset felt like a cheat code the Bass of each footstep could be felt, The 7 to 1 was fantastic, Rocking sound quality, but for some reason with the THX audio would bug out and Auto switch between the other choices, the Razer app was not a fan of this headset. The battery life was Ok not what I was hoping for. A few times I had to unplug and Re plugin the USB dongle for the Bluetooth so the Computer could see it again, Also so the Razer app could see it as well. I would no longer Recommend this headset due to the V4 being released at a better price, But if you are on a Tighter Budget and V3 fits that aspect better Yes it was a nice headset. I ended up giving mine to my loved one. Since mine never fully broke.

Do not buy! I currently use the wired version of this headset with my PC, and I love it! Can’t say enough great things about it. However, I purchased this headset for my fiancé, and it was incredibly disappointing. The audio sounds great from the headphones, but that’s where the good news ends. The mic sounds absolutely awful unless you use the 3.5mm jack, which kinda defeats the purpose of it being a Bluetooth headset imo. Once you plug in the 3.5mm jack, the quality of the mic is actually good but the audio from the headphones bleeds to the point where everyone else in chat can hear everything twice. Problems persist with hyper sense on or off Maybe it’s defective, maybe it’s a ps5 thing, idk. Other reviews have said the same problems with all platforms so maybe this product is just a dud. TL;DR Razer is good, but not these, just trust me

The surround sound aspect is ideal for quest and vr. Although the most pricey i chose these because the ear cup was more rounded so fit better under the quest headset. If you turn up the haptics its get a bit too loud and and "basey" for me but there are 3 options. The other headset i tried were sennheiser about $30 cheaper but they did not keep out extenal noise. The only downside to the razor is that you cannot connect the mic to the quest headset so when you talk to other players it sounds ok for them but feels to you like your in a box due to external sound deadening. At least you can remove the razors mic so its not in your way. Good battery life at least 4 times that of the quest, i havent used them for longer than 6 hours yet. The are comfortable and soft although those with "big ears" might find them uncomfortable after a while( the trade off for fitting better below the quest headset). As long as your players arent talking all the time the sound direction is very good and makes it worth it. Makes the games far more immersive. And brings that extra edge of reality to your play. Horror games will freak you out! If youre into vr you must get some headphones and these razors will surprise you and improve your experience. 4 stars as i dont use them fir anything else but vr so cant comment on pc games but i would guess it would be 5star for them as you would use the headphone mic so your voice would sound normal and not like youre in a sound deadening room!

Fantastic headset! Pretty exceptional sound quality, and with Razer’s app you can customize the 10 band eq to your preferences. The haptics are also way better than I expected. I use this primarily playing racing games and listening to music simultaneously. It very much increases the feeling of immersion in game, and I can quite easily separate the haptic feedback from the music playing and running on a curb in game. Wonderful product that exceeds expectations.
