The Razer V4 Pro headset has been awesome. The haptics on great for most games except First person. Adds too much sound when your trying to hear footsteps. But you can turn the haptics off and hear great. Only downside is battery life with haptics and RGB on.

Love the headset. Had the old Kraken for 6 years before it died. New one is still great. I do miss the ability to adjust volume between the two audio channels using the wheel on the earpiece, but that's a minor gripe. And in retrospect, I really don't need the additional box on my desk to change the audio profile.

Sound is really good but its not perfect my spectations for $400 were more higher. But what it really make me retunr this headsets were the quality of the mic it Sounds horrible. I recommend the steelseries artic nova the sound its similar to the kraken and the mic its more clear

Great device, it does have a few kinks that i hope razer gets to fix in the near future. I got complaints from my friends that the mic sounds awkward, and it has connection issues every now and then.
