Sound quality is good and doesnt have that flakey coating that tends to come off where the headphones make contact around your ears. The only really annoying problem is that its really easy to accidentally push the mute and mode buttons when putting on and taking off the headphones

Great sound quality, comfortable fit, great price and very customizable.

Setup was a breeze and seems to sound just fine. Charging takes time but that’s just the price of wireless. I’m connected to my gaming PC using the included USB C dongle without issue. Some users have complained about a lack of bass but all this requires is an adjustment of the sound card EQ settings. Is it exactly a Dr Dre Beats tone out of the box? No, but easily adjusted to where you want it to be, and surround sound simulation is great! If it lasts than definitely worth the money

Sometimes both Bluetooth and the dongle connect and gives me trouble. But overall very good headset

It's true what they say, the headphones don't have the deepest bass you can find, but on the other hand, they're really good for gaming, very immersive, and don't require noise cancellation since they completely protect your ears.

Comfortable and great sounding headset. Mic hides away easily and the headset itself adjusts to fit your head well.

Good headset with surround sounds. The battery lasts forever. The only issues is the lack of any bass. If you’re going from the Nari to this, it will take some time to get used to.

The Razer Kraken 4 is an absolute beast when it comes to gaming headsets. From the moment I put them on, I was blown away by the comfort, sound quality, and immersive experience they provide.

Is really good but tha only thing it feels bad is that you can not connect by Bluetooth not even iPhone or ps5 or computer it has to be connected by usb type c is the only way

I love the headphones and they are funtional, my only problem is that the colored led variations require the specific use of the Razer Synapse app, which doesn't seem to work properly. Every time I disconnect from my computer, it resets the color pattern to a very fast rotating rainbow, this can be distracting when im trying to work or focus. Other than the issues with the Synapse app I enjoy all of the features of the headphones and they work excellently.

TL;DR - constant disconnects from PC, audio crackles and freezes PC while it stutters, no fix in sight from Razer forums, waste of $180msrp. Best Buy lovingly has informed me that I paid $195 for this headset back in December 2024 as I was checking its listing for the issues I'm having recently. So let's do a recap of the last 13 months with this headset. I've been having constant headset issues since my (now discontinued) HyperX blue Cloud headset broke down from external wear and tear after 3-4 years of every day wear. I tried a variety of headsets, until I thought paying Razer some big bucks would resolve my headset hopping and I'd get some peace of mind finally. This headset has been a constant pain. From frequent audio crackling, freezing to my PC while it crackles, and now recently it disconnects *at least* 5 times per every 30 minutes. Like full on loses connection to my PC and stops all audio. Google searching lead me to find out this was a common problem with the Razer Kraken line currently. All fixes on the forum did nothing. To rub salt in the wound, after attempting the fix that most said worked for them, my headset disconnected twice in the span of 2 minutes. I'm currently looking to move away from Razer, a design I do not take lightly as I've been a strong supporter of them for many years. However, over time other companies have done better. This Kraken is one of the last few pieces of Razer I have in my setup, and will be replaced imminently. Do not buy. Not worth the msrp value of $180 when it can't even stay connected for a consecutive hour. Look elsewhere. It even disconnected my audio four times while I finished typing this.

Wonderful headphones! They have great spund quality and are very comfortable. They are big enough to not bother my piercings, which is a huge plus

Had a wired headset, and wanted to go wireless. So far it's working good, had a few issues with vice or game dropping sound, but overall, they have worked for what I need them to do.

Comfortable ear cushions, mic is very clear. Great speakers

I had purchased the same headset from Amazon and was very displeased with because it did on work as said in the advertisement and they would not take it back,(long story) and even when I contacted Razer about the way it was working, they said that in order for me to have them look at it, I would have to send them the headset at my own expense plus pay them the same price when I bought it. (long story) so that's why I bought these at Best Buy and do not have a problem with this wonderful produce.
