Wonderful headphones! They have great spund quality and are very comfortable. They are big enough to not bother my piercings, which is a huge plus

The sound quality on these headphones is excellent, and they’re comfortable enough for regular use. However, the plastic build isn’t very durable, and heavy use could eventually lead to an ear cup breaking.

Works well and has many customizations. Easily starts working with multiple devices without setup. Mic is easily concealable but is clear when recording or in voice chat.

Got mine just over a year ago and the sound is still amazing. The power lasts a long time, I charge them once every couple of weeks. And play roughly 2-3 hours a day. Comfortable and eliminates most of the sound around me. Would highly recommend them

Love the head set only problem i jabe is when charging it makes it hard to re connect to discord or volume on my computer

The sound is quality is good and Bluetooth set up was easy. Battery life is fantastic.

I had purchased the same headset from Amazon and was very displeased with because it did on work as said in the advertisement and they would not take it back,(long story) and even when I contacted Razer about the way it was working, they said that in order for me to have them look at it, I would have to send them the headset at my own expense plus pay them the same price when I bought it. (long story) so that's why I bought these at Best Buy and do not have a problem with this wonderful produce.

Sound quality is really good, only bad part is that in some games that use voice chat, the mic can sometimes echo. Depending on the volume.

Good sound but the retractable mic stop going back after a few times of use, if you don’t mind is ok, also the switch between the hyper and the wireless not works all the time.

These are perfect if you work or game with your significant other or friends. They are noise-canceling, so there isn't any overlapping noise. Comfortable and lightweight. I'm very happy that I went with the Kraken.

Soft padding around the ears, extremely easy to use. even figured out that the microphone doesn't need to be extended to be used. I will say that i wished the RGB ability came through when wired in, instead of just when Bluetooth connected but that's just a minor thing.

These headset are amazing. Primarily purchased them for the RGB but the sounds is really good. Razer interface makes all their products worth it.

Excellent sound immersion, comes plug and play with 5 preset sound settings. So you don't have to be an expert to use them. Plus endlessly customizable for those 5are

Great headset... It's super light weight... Dont bother with the mic Great distance w/ the 2.4ghz adapter **Heads Up** This does not work w/ the Razer Dongle Utility so you can't combine it w/ the hyperspeed dongle that ties in the rest of your razer peripherals

I absolutely loved this headset, so comfortable, the colors are fun. Unfortunately I was mislead and questioned it, definitely NOT for Xbox like I was told. But if I ever get pc, PlayStation etc.. these are the headsets I’m using!

Super clean headset. My favorite for the pc. Very comfortable and lightweight.

Very good headset but mic not that good and not having haptics feedback just doesn’t work $180 bucks. Game/chat balance is not easy to use once you have to hold the button for a few seconds to switch the volume scroller. Audio is similar than black shark v2 which has a very good mic for just $89 right now on sale.

Great wireless headphones! The colors are bright and vibrant, the 2.4ghz connectivity works fantastic, and ear pads are extremely comfortable. Not to mention, the entire mic retracts into the headset! 10/10 would recommend.
