When it comes to shopping for gaming mice the most important thing is latency. You want a mouse that will not take away from playing your games. That is why in the past wireless mice were not considered for gaming because there is to much lag. However, there are some great wireless gaming mice on the market and this being one of them. I have tested other wireless gaming mice before and this one stands out for a few reasons. It has a cable that can easily be integrated and make it a wired mouse if you feel that the wireless is not good enough. The next great feature is that it offers RGB lighting like most gaming computers do. This can be customized using a downloadable program. The last great feature is the included internal battery so that you never have to worry about replacing batteries. The only downside I believe this mouse has is the feel. It feels cheap plastic. The other downside is there is not very many button but it does give it a very simple and practical look. Overall I believe this is a great mouse for anyone looking for a wireless gaming mouse.

I liked the mouse for a while, but it’s ergonomics are a little hard for my hand, I would recommend the Razer Basilisk over the mambas

I was impressed with the Razer Mamba Wireless Optical Gaming Mouse with RGB lighting. The device is molded black, comfortably shaped for the hand, and comes with six mouse buttons and a scroll wheel. The scroll wheel and a clear tattoo graphic located at the heel of the mouse, both contain see-through trim that display colored lighting. The lights and button functions are adjustable using the Razer Central software application that is installed on the computer. The Razer application provides features for the Razer mouse as well as other supported Razer gaming products, such as keyboard. The Razer mouse can be either wired or wireless. There is a detachable USB cord that serves to charge the mouse’s batteries while connecting the mouse to the laptop. Wireless connectivity is then provided using a USB dongle which is stored behind a panel under the mouse when not being used. The Razer Central software enables you to customize the buttons on the mouse. By default the left side mounted buttons work forward and back in your Internet browser. Along the top of the mouse are two buttons that allow you to increase or decrease mouse sensitivity DPI on the fly. The scroll wheel can be used to wheel scroll up and down, or perform a scroll-click (hold) and then move web pages up and down by dragging the mouse. The mouse also includes the standard left and right click buttons. There’s options in the software to enable a turbo feature on any mouse button, for multi click action. You can increase or decrease the number of clicks provided on the Turbo feature. You can also adjust the lighting features in the application, so that you rotate through multiple colors, various patterns, and how the lights turn on and off based on your needs. Razer provides good support on their web site and updates through their installed application. I found that the product was really good, and will help for gaming as well as the casual user.

I use a lot of different mice trying to find the right fit. I really am enjoying this one. It has a good feel and I have fairly large hands. RGB whats not to love. Speaking of RGB it can also sync up with corsair logitech RGB products if you have mixed peripherals. Its quite simple two side buttons, dpi changer up top which is pretty standard nowadays. I would say pick this up if you want a no frills wireless mouse. Setup was simple razer software will auto download and install upon inserting the usb dongle. Came with a usb wire extender as well for proper dongle placement. I would like to see more buttons added to be considered an actual gaming mouse but I consider it a no frill solid option.

I was expecting a lot out of this mouse but it ended up letting me down when I needed it most. It would become non responsive, lose its sensitivity settings, it also is a very odd design as far as ergonomics go. Try it extensively in the store before buying. It does not have a landing for your thumb or pinky so that can be an issue also

It started out a good mouse, but then after a few months of use the clicks would not register all the time. And this is important if you play fps games. Then it started double clicking when i only clicked once, and is basically unusable now if i want to play and game. And its just an overall bad mouse.

After 9 months this mouse suddenly stopped connecting to my computer via the wireless receiver, and nothing works to pair it up again. When I plug the mouse in with a wire, it shuts off and won't turn on until I unplug it again. This is the last Razer product I'll ever buy.

If you're looking specifically for a gaming mouse, then you've no doubt heard of Razer. They make solid peripherals, and the wireless Mamba is no exception. My previous go-to mouse was actually a wired Mamba, so I may be a bit biased. I don't play MMOs, so I don't really need all the extra buttons that come with the Naga. Highly responsive, and being able to play wirelessly is nice as the long cords can get annoying on a smaller space. Nothing new, just good old Razer reliability and functionality.

A Solid Wireless Gaming Mouse from Razer

This mouse ended up replacing my Logitech G Pro Wireless mouse. It has one MAJOR thing going for it that the G pro wireless doesn't...it is not a victim of the notorious double clicking issue that is plaguing the G pro wireless. I've been using this mouse for about 3 weeks now with no hiccups. It has been a very solid mouse with great accuracy, great traction and gliding, and a very nice ergonomic shape and feel.I especially like the included rubber side grips. Has made the world of a difference when playing twitch shooters. It is also a friggin' tank!! I have accidentally dropped this mouse twice from a decent height and it has hit the floor and my desk pretty hard and came out unscathed both times. I've also been enjoying the razer synapse software. It is so incredibly intuitive that I find myself making more and more custom modifications with binding functions to keys, changing RGB lighting, changing sensitivity stages, brightness levels, etc. The only three things I would change about this mouse are: 1. For my particular hand I wish it was a bit smaller form factor for more a claw grip 2. For a premium wireless product, I wish it came with a bit more accessories like the previous wireless mamba that came with a nice stand (however, the included charging cable and wireless usb dongle that attaches to it is of highest quality) 3. I wish the battery lasted a bit longer. This is one feature where the logitech G pro wireless was unrivaled. I could easily go over a full week without charging that mouse whereas with the razer mamba wireless I have to charge around every 3 or 4 days. In conclusion, Ive gamed a lot with this mouse and couldnt be any happier with its tracking capabilities, accuracy, and overall performance. With the top of the line 5g optical sensor, the performance easily rivals or outperforms some of the high end wired gaming mice on the market. It has yet to let me down.

It works both wired and wireless, so you will not have to worry about battery if at home and can take it to go without a wire, or wireless can also be for using it further away than wire reaches. The mouse is precise, with programmable sensitivity/buttons. The design and customizable lighting are very eye catching.

This is the best wireless mouse I've ever used. I was a bit skeptical with it being a razer product, but I'm definitely glad I bought it. It's comfortable to use and tracks really well. Battery life is also a huge plus. Overall, I'd recommend this if you're in the market for a new mouse.

The main thing missing on this gaming mouse is silent click. It’s well made, good size and heft. Macros for the buttons are easy to set. Accuracy is spot on, and the battery lasts through many hours of gaming. But I would prefer a mouse with a silent click feature. Many less expensive models include that, so I can’t recommend spending the extra on this noisy one.
