I wanted to like the Orbweaver especially since I was trying to replace a 10 year old Logitech g13 with this. I really like mechanical keys which I wish the Logitech had. The Orbweaver keys are equivalent of Cherry Blue's so very clicky. My preference would be Reds or Browns. The software worked well to remap the keys to your liking. It wasn't as intuitive as Logitech but once you understood how to remap it was pretty straight forward.
Despite the multitude of adjustments, I could not find a comfortable position for my hand. I have an average size hand but would need an extra inch to reach to top row of keys. I was also disappointed in the D-pad on the thumb. I was hoping to use it like a joystick but I don't know if it is a limitation of mechanical keys used in the D-pad but there wasn't a smooth rolling action when transitioning between moving forward/back to strafing as if the keys wouldn't . It was a very rigid forward/back or left/right.
The other gripe that I have is that I wish there was distinction between the size of keys. The Orbweaver is typically designed to replace the WASD area of your keyboard but being able to tell if you are on the Shift Key or Tab key is difficult because there is no distinguishing features for the keys.
Despite my complaints the gamepad is good if you have large hands but in my opinion just not a good replacement for the Logitech G13 especially for the high price.

Excellent build, however about 5% of buyers end up with a unit that has a flimsy/loose thumb control center (not only from Best Buy, but from all retailers of this product). if that’s the case then exchange it for a new one :)
The thumb takes some getting used to due to the positioning of the space bar differing from that of a keyboard.

Recently did a whole pc build and wanted a keypad to use, settled on this cause I have a whole rainbow LED setup. It feels great on the hand and is adjustable for appropriate finger height. I have big hands and it feels great. My only problem is that it is only compatible with the Razer Synapse 2.0 software so I had to install that in order to program the keys, and the LEDs. Purchased on 8/29/19 and it has already seen upwards of 40 hours of use and is holding up great. Use it for extended play of Destiny 2 and Guild Wars 2.

Got this to replace my old Logitech gamepad. A LOT more programmable with very easy to use software. Was skeptical of the mechanical keys, but I like them! Not quite as ergonomically as the Logitech in regards to the "flow" of the keys (shape of unit), but very nice and easy to use nonetheless. Highly recommended!

good for mapping shortcuts to keys. it is comfortable to use and will definitely increase your productivity.
The main problem is the rubber grip for the bottom of the palm. After 13-14 months, the glue holding it down turned into really sticky jelly and the rubber grip started sliding off. They really didn't think it through when attaching that piece of rubber. My guess is heat from the hand and leaning force from your hand will tug it off eventually. It will happen to you if you buy this, and you will have to deal with it by removing the awful jelly-glue. My recommendation is to hold off on buying it til the release a tartarus or orbweaver without a rubber palm grip. There's really no excuse for it on a $100-120+ product.

Ergonomically comfortable. Great price then what other stores could offer. You have total control in the palm of your hand. 30 Programmable Keys, Adjustable Hand, Thumb, and Palm-Rest Modules. Unlimited macros to be stored in your profiles. Highly Recommended.

Bought this keypad to replace previous version. Better adjustments to tailor to your hand placement. Mechanical keys have soft touch. RGB with decent amount of color choices and lighting schemes. Nice responsive thumb space bar and joystick. Programmable hot keys a nice touch.

I’ve only had the orbweaver for a day but I am very happy with it so far. I am transitioning to m & kB from an Xbox elite controller playing on pc, mainly playing Destiny 2 and other fps games. Once I went through the key mapping process I began to understand that although this transition will be difficult and probably take a while, it will be worth it because there are so many extra options. Especially with the orbweaver. I’ve tried using a mechanical kB, but since I type a lot at work I’ve found using a keyboard for gaming quite difficult since I already have the muscle memory for what I do for work. The orbweaver gives me a fresh experience with all the options I want. My favorite part by far is the joystick that I set up to move around. As a newly using kb user, I highly recommend this keypad.

Bought this to replace a dying nostromo. A decent followup, but I miss the old dpad and while I like mech keys on my KB, it prefer non fancy ones for this control. Good adjustability for ergo. Good software, much easer to use than the old belkin stuff.

Hmmmm, it’s got pros and cons.
Pros: it’s pretty versatile, i have only had it for 2 weeks and I’ve already set up lots of unique profiles for wildly different game genres.
It uses real mechanical switches, even tho I don’t really like razers green switches (would have preferred real cherry blues).
Long braided cord (would have rather preferred a detachable usb c cord but hey I wasn’t expecting anything that fancy).
Chroma looks fantastic, bright and shiny for sure!
Cons: price, at the full price of these game pads you can get a premium mechanical keyboard, and I mean premium, not just another name brand one.
Build quality, mine passed QC/QA but man it just doesn’t really FEEL all that impressive.
Software, if you’ve ever used razer products you know how uninspiring and unintuitive the software is, even more so that this is an older product and they have not brought the latest software down to it yet.
I haven’t run into the “glue melting issue” that I read about, but I have super glue and have no problem glueing the Palm rest back on if it eventually slides off.
I just don’t think this is really a good buy. So why did I buy it? Because I still use the hell out of it, but basically, these super versatile gaming pads are just gimmicky. Sure they serve some really great purposes, but overall if you wanna blow money on something you don’t need but want to tinker with, this is actually kinda cool, but I can’t really recommend it. I wouldn’t trust something sketchy found on amazon, that’s the only reason why I went with razer, if more reputable companies made these gaming type mechanical switch pads, I can guarantee you I would have gone with one that wasn’t razer.

This was bought as a combo with the Chroma keyboard; picked this up on sale as well for about almost half off.
Fits your left hand well, full customizable and the lighting sequence matches perfectly with the keyboard. The soft, pliable rubber feels very nice and made of quality material. You can adjust the sizing so well, lots of minute adjustments to fit virtually any hand size/type. Her hand is a bit on the smaller side slightly so she had to adjust resting her fingers to either comfortably reach the top row or the bottom (so basically 3 rows at a time very easily).
Such a great combo deal pickup.

This product was awesome easy to set up and start to use. Even easier to program the button layout. Just turns out I don’t want to retrain myself in how to play video games so wasn’t for me. Only issue I had was the thumb stick I assumed worked like a typical joystick when in reality this joystick was more like a dpad not super smooth in the movements.only reason won’t give it that 5star

There is a learning curve to this product but for the games I play it just felt a little off. Not taking away from the product but more of a concern for me was the muscle memory aspect of getting so used to this product and then having an off feeling when switching back to my normal keyboard. Maybe my hands were just too big for it. Still an awesome product though.

Best purchase I’ve made to transition from playing controller to switching to mouse and keyboard! I legit learned to play MKB within 4hrs of playing. The analog stick Is the best feature for those who are switching from controller to KBM because instead of using the traditional WASD(keys) TO MOVE up, left, back, right the anolog stick is Your movement! Key-bind is easy to do using the Razer app! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TO THOSE LOOKING TO SWITCH OVER TO KBM! ITS REALLY EASY to use!
Follow me on TTV- ZeusBeSlaying to join me on MY JOURNEY still trying master KBM!
Hope this helps you guys!

So far so good. I use this for games as well as for work. For some of the repetitive routine work I have a few profiles with macros that
make that type of work more tolerable. The “space bar “ is a bit awkward but ok. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase.

I really do like this. It has lots of keys and macro options, but it's missing the very useful scroll wheel. It's size adjustable, but not right/left hand configurable. Plus! Even though it's newer, it's not supported by synapse 3. So I'm forced to use two separate programs for the 3 different Razer components I have. Got for under 100 I think, so it was still worth it to me.

I had the twelve key gel pad for about three years, but the response was not nearly as crisp as with this mechanical switch! As it wore, the keys began to misfunction and malfunction, to finally not functioning at all. I expect this one to out last and out wear the old one, and so far it is in all ways an improvement!

Make sure you get the black tie protection on this. The thumb switch is notorious for wearing out after extensive use. i used mine for strafing in combat games so after about a year it would go kaput.
I have had to replace mine about 3 times in as many years. I always get the replacement plan.
I should note that this is the only gaming pad i prefer. I can't stand gaming on a standard keyboard. So i'm stuck with Razer being the supplier and using lousy components to save a buck.
