Customers are positive about the Orochi V2's exceptional battery life, lightweight design, and ease of use, with many praising its comfortable size and responsive performance. However, some customers expressed dissatisfaction with the software, citing issues such as instability and bloatware. A few users also reported problems with the scroll wheel and noted that the white color is prone to staining. While some found the price reasonable, others felt that RGB lighting should have been included for the price point.

Decent wireless mouse for the sale price,
Avoid if you have larger hands. I find myself unintentionally triggering the rmb because of the snap-on design. The entire top comes off to access the battery/usb dongle compartment. This piece is extremely thin and flimsy that the pressure from left clicking will trigger the rmb. I have to continuously avoid resting my middle finger on the right while gaming.

Man, let me tell you, if you are looking for a mouse, this is IT!!
I am a college student and was using 2 Logitech mouses (M650 and the cheaper "design" collection). I just started getting into upgrading my laptop, mice, keyboard and just my whole set up in general. I was using a chromebook (now a Microsoft Surface 5) and finally built a custom mechanical keyboard. My only issue was my cheap Logitech mouse was nice, but I loved the side buttons on the M650. I HATE silent mice and that mouse was really silent. I also hate the size on the M650 because I am a female with tiny hands and that mouse had a large hump. I was on the hunt for a mouse that wasn't silent, looked sleek, wireless, had side buttons, and wasn't large, THIS IS EVERYTHING!! This mouse is not only sleek, it is comfortable and the click sound is so satisfying. It connected to my laptop super fast and came with a AA battery. There also is a slot in the mouse that you can put a AAA battery in case you want it lighter in weight, but for me, I like the AA battery as it is still light and I am not a fan of super light mice. I don't know all of the technical terms, but the scrolling mechanism is SOOO satisfying and has some feedback to it which makes me just want to scroll up and down pages all day. I think the price is worth it TBH, and this is coming from someone who is pretty stingy with money. I got the white one since it is on sale for only $45!! The size is PERFECT, and my boyfriend who is 6'3 with huge hands used it and said he thinks the size is so perfectly universal for all hand sizes. It doesn't have a hump on the back, so if you are looking for that, this will not have it. Overall, this mouse is so impressive and I am so glad I purchased it. Grab this ASAP, if you are a college student, go ahead and upgrade your mouse! It is so worth it and makes you want to do your homework, haha. Oh, also! The side buttons are soooo smooth and the click sound is so clean and crisp. Hope this review made you want to give this mouse a try!

The Razer Orochi V2 is a wireless gaming mouse that offers portability, performance, and customization. It has a lightweight and compact design that makes it easy to carry around and use with a laptop. It supports both Bluetooth and 2.4GHz wireless connections, and can run on either a AA or AAA battery. It also features a 5G optical sensor, mechanical switches, and six programmable buttons. You can even personalize the mouse with Razer's grip tape and top plate, which come in various colors and designs.
The Razer Orochi V2 is a great choice for gamers who want a reliable and versatile mouse that can handle different scenarios and environments. It has a low click latency, a wide CPI range, and a smooth glide. It is suitable for different grip types and hand sizes, but it may be more comfortable for fingertip users. It lacks RGB lighting and software support for macOS, but these are minor drawbacks compared to its overall quality and features. If you are looking for a wireless mouse that can outlast and outplay anywhere, the Razer Orochi V2 might be the one for you.

Super lightweight, can either use 1 AA or 1 AAA battery to power it up. The mouse can be connected via USB dongle or BT. Unfortunately it doesn't really have that RGB lighting like most of the other Razer products. It is a smaller mouse, so in my hand it's not as comfortable but my girlfriend has a smaller hand and it fits perfectly for her. I haven't really messed with the DPI settings in particular but for the price I'd say its worth it.

The Razer Orochi V2 Lightweight Wireless Optical Gaming Mouse in white has completely transformed my gaming experience, earning it a well-deserved five stars. This mouse combines impressive performance, exceptional battery life, and a sleek design, making it a top choice for gamers and productivity enthusiasts alike.
Design and Comfort:
The Orochi V2 is incredibly lightweight, weighing in at just 60 grams without batteries. This makes it perfect for extended gaming sessions and portable enough to take on the go. The ergonomic design fits comfortably in my hand, and the textured grips provide a secure hold, reducing fatigue during long hours of use. The white color adds a clean, modern aesthetic that complements any setup.
Performance:
Equipped with Razer's advanced 5G optical sensor, the Orochi V2 delivers precise and responsive tracking. The sensor can handle up to 18,000 DPI, allowing for customizable sensitivity settings to suit various gaming styles and preferences. Whether I'm engaged in fast-paced FPS games or detailed graphic design work, the mouse performs flawlessly, offering pinpoint accuracy and smooth movements.
Wireless Connectivity:
One of the standout features of the Orochi V2 is its dual wireless connectivity options. It supports both Bluetooth and Razer HyperSpeed Wireless technology. The HyperSpeed Wireless provides a lag-free, ultra-fast connection that is perfect for competitive gaming, while Bluetooth offers a convenient option for everyday use and conserving battery life. Switching between the two modes is seamless and hassle-free.
Battery Life:
The battery life of the Orochi V2 is nothing short of astounding. Razer claims up to 950 hours of battery life on a single AA battery when using Bluetooth, and I can confirm that the mouse lives up to this promise. Even in HyperSpeed Wireless mode, the battery life is impressive, lasting several weeks with heavy use. This means less time worrying about recharging and more time focusing on what matters – gaming and productivity.
Customization:
Razer's Synapse software enhances the overall experience by allowing for extensive customization. With Synapse, I can program the six programmable buttons, adjust DPI settings, and create multiple profiles tailored to different games and applications. The onboard memory ensures that my settings are saved directly to the mouse, making it easy to use my preferred configurations across different devices without needing to reconfigure.
Conclusion:
In summary, the Razer Orochi V2 Lightweight Wireless Optical Gaming Mouse is a stellar choice for anyone seeking a high-performance, versatile, and portable mouse. Its exceptional battery life, reliable wireless connectivity, and precise tracking make it a standout option in the gaming mouse market. Whether you're a hardcore gamer or a professional looking for a reliable tool, the Orochi V2 will not disappoint. Highly recommended!

This thing slaps! The Razer Orochi is a solid affordable gaming mouse ! I have had many mice in in the past that are around this weight and i really love this one! The mouse is a lot smaller than most but thats why i love this mouse so much! I am some one who aims with there finger tips so being able to move fast with this small mouse is very satisfying! I have some pretty big hands and while the mouse is small in my palm its great because you can use the back of your palm/wrist to help stabilize your flick's! The reason i chose this mouse in the end over something like a G pro Glorious is the price and the size. I dont like having to much of a raise in the palm and im not the biggest fan of some of the bigger egg shaped mouse's. However those bigger ones are stellar but wasnt what i was looking for. I can tell you right now from a FPS gamer to another I took this mouse to the Aimlab range for some practice and man it feels like i dont have anything in my hands haha such a great feeling!
Another thing to add is this mouse is battery operated you can use a AA or AAA battery. This is mainly for weight distribution you can alter you batteries for a preferred weight . I bought this last year in December and i still have yet to need to change the batteries!

Used this mouse for work and pleasure -- it's smaller than you think but it fits well in the hand. It's very light and offers 2 ways of connectivity as well as 2 ways to power it. You have Bluetooth and Razors USB dongle, both of which are very responsive (although I do feel as if the dongle is a bit more precise. Razor hypes this up. It's good.) You can use a AA or AAA battery which has a very respectable life span. I turn my mouse off when it's not in use (some folks do, some don't) and obviously this maximizes your batteries life. Overall, it's clicky, it's responsive, it's simple and reliable. This is my second Orochi V2 (I bought this one for my wife) and we both use it on our home laptop and at work. Perfect for traveling, given it's form factor and usability.
IF you can find this on sale I highly recommend.

Razer, a renowned name in the gaming industry, has once again raised the bar with the OROCHI V2. Designed specifically for gamers on the go, this compact wireless gaming mouse combines portability, performance, and precision in an impressive package. Join us as we delve into the features and capabilities of the Razer OROCHI V2 in this comprehensive review.
First and foremost, the OROCHI V2's standout feature is its versatility. Whether you're gaming on a laptop, desktop, or even a mobile device, this mouse seamlessly adapts to your setup. Equipped with both Bluetooth and Razer HyperSpeed Wireless technologies, the OROCHI V2 offers flexible connectivity options. Connect wirelessly with the convenience of Bluetooth or take advantage of the ultra-fast response times with the included 2.4 GHz wireless dongle for unrivaled performance during intense gaming sessions.
The OROCHI V2's compact design makes it a perfect travel companion. It easily fits into your bag or pocket, allowing you to take your gaming experience wherever you go. Despite its small size, the mouse does not compromise on functionality. The ambidextrous shape ensures comfortable use for both left- and right-handed gamers, while the textured grips provide a secure hold and precise control.
When it comes to performance, the OROCHI V2 delivers in spades. Sporting Razer's 2nd generation 18K DPI optical sensor, this mouse offers exceptional tracking accuracy and responsiveness. Whether you're engaging in fast-paced FPS battles or executing precise maneuvers in strategy games, the OROCHI V2 keeps up with your every move. Additionally, the 2nd generation mechanical switches provide a satisfying and tactile click response, enhancing the overall gaming experience.
Battery life is always a concern for wireless devices, but the OROCHI V2 has you covered. With an impressive battery life of up to 950 hours on Bluetooth and up to 425 hours on Razer HyperSpeed Wireless, you can game for extended periods without worrying about recharging. When the time comes, the included USB-C cable ensures quick and convenient charging, so you can get back to gaming in no time.
Razer's customization software, Razer Synapse, allows you to fine-tune the OROCHI V2 to suit your preferences. Customize button assignments, adjust sensitivity levels, create macros, and sync lighting effects with other Razer devices for a truly immersive gaming setup. The software also features onboard memory, which means you can save your settings directly on the mouse and take them with you wherever you go, even without Synapse installed.
While the OROCHI V2 excels in many areas, it's worth noting that its compact size may not be suitable for users with larger hands who prefer a more ergonomic design. Additionally, the absence of dedicated side buttons might be a drawback for gamers who heavily rely on additional inputs.
In conclusion, the Razer OROCHI V2 is a remarkable wireless gaming mouse that ticks all the right boxes for gamers on the move. Its versatility, compact design, exceptional performance, and long battery life make it an excellent choice for those seeking a portable gaming solution without compromising on functionality. Whether you're a casual gamer or a competitive esports enthusiast, the OROCHI V2 empowers you to unleash your gaming potential anytime, anywhere.

Needed a well designed, dependable mouse for work. I looked at the usual makers but came upon this one (on sale). As a non gamer, gaming mice always seemed a bit over the top looking and are overkill in regards to everyday office or school use.
But this one is really great. It has an understated, yet cool look, it's very light, and has the all the functionality I need for everyday office use. Plus I also like that you can use either AA or AAA batteries and be connected by either BT or a traditional transmitter.
Battery life seems good (haven't needed to change out the battery yet) and it's small enough so I can travel with it.
Only complaint is that I wish it came with a case to be used when traveling.

I've been using a G305 for around 2.5 years, and when I saw this mouse, I know I had to try it. Overall, not only is the mouse lighter than my old one, it's much more comfortable in the hand and easier to move about my mousepad with the large, PTFE feet. It's also been a boon for my WFH setup with it's bluetooth capabilities. Overall, I couldn't be happier with this mouse,. Anyone, especially those of you with smaller hands, will love it!

I usually wait a few months before leaving a review, so here goes -
7 months in! Portable and lightweight. I'm able to bring this with me in a tech pouch everywhere. I love the option of using AA batteries or AAA batteries! So far, I haven't had to change out the batteries yet.
My one concern is how to remove the cover to add/replace batteries. The material is thin and light... always a bit worried when I open it.
Bluetooth option works great, haven't had to use the USB option so far.
I was worried about picking up a white mouse at first... BUT! It does not stain easily; quick clean up (for those who snacks while working/playing).

Lightweight, comfortable, has the obligatory side front/back buttons I fancy, and supports BT and Dongle wireless. I bought this for my multi-use laptop (personal, light photo & video editing, online merchandising, and small business) and it's been nothing but awesome.
It's not too big or small for my Wookiee hands and it easily fits in my man-purse laptop bag when working on the go. The clickiness factor is just right (not tight or sluggish, just right).
Haven't tested it for gaming and I'm sure it'll perform fantastically, but in terms of my purposes, this mouse definitely fits the bill in terms of multi-application utility. Buy it!

The Orochi V2 was my entry into gaming mice. The mouse is very lightweight and on the smaller side. Not a very ergonomic mouse but if speed and weight is your priority then this is great. I chose to give it four stars for the fact that it is powered by a regular double A battery while the wireless version of the viper, which does cost a little more, has a rechargeable battery. As a note, I haven’t turned this off since I purchased it (a little over a month since writing this review) and Synapse reported the mouse to still be at 100% capacity. I do experience some cramping since my hands are 20cm long by 11cm wide (hand measuring tips found on Razer’s site). Overall, great mouse, some negligible personal preferences bringing the review down one star, and great for work and some games.

Great value. Wanted a wireless Bluetooth option so free up a USB port. This was the least expensive option. The rest have a dongle you need to plug into USB. Although that is an option with this one, you can go just Bluetooth. Its smaller which is great for tight space. You can use BOTH a AA or a AAA with it. It will store both. But you only need one.

Incredible mouse. I have owned multiple mouses and this is the perfect combination of reliability, portability and ease of use. I love the feature of connecting to my desktop computer with dongle and then my laptop with bluetooth. Makes it easy to toggle between the two.

Great for fingertip grip

Been using it for roughly a month and it's been great so far. I'm a fingertip grip user/gamer and therefore prefer small nimble mice. This one fits the bill perfectly. However, I do not game with this mouse. I game exclusively with wired mice like the BenQ FK2. I use the Orichi for work on Mac OS.
Compared to the Logitech G305, which I've been using for several years, it's a bit lighter and perhaps a bit more refined. However, I've also noticed a noticeably worse batter life compared to the G305. A rechargeable Eneloop Pro AAA battery with the G305 (using a plastic AAA-to-AA adapter for weigh reduction) last much longer (we're talking days longer so you will notice it) than on the Orochi. This pretty much necessitates using AA on the Orochi. An alkaline AA does the trick on the Orichi. I don't have rechargeable AAs to do a more apples to apples comparison. With the AA, the Orichi still feels nimble and slides well though.
The G305's software is excellent. The two options I especially like are tuning the DPI precisely to what I like and mapping the side buttons to control volume and middle button to mute/unmute. I yet have to install Razer's software to see if that's also an option there.
I use the mouse via 2.4GHz RF and would never go Bluetooth, but that option might be welcome for some.

Been using the mouse for around 8+ hrs daily for a month, and the battery is still going strong. Easy to use and set up. Might not be the best for palm grips, but for a fingertip grip it's great. Overall great mouse for a decently cheap price compared to others.
IMPORTANT: make sure to plug the USB into a usb v3 port, otherwise you may suffer from stutters and jumps in mouse movement

This by far is my favorite mouse for gaming! It’s the perfect size for my small hands, it’s lightweight and my aim is on point. The battery life is awesome and this one is pink! Love this mouse. Also you can beat the price.
