One of the best mice Razer has introduced.
Now I know what might kill it for most people is the fact that you have to actually buy batteries and put them in, but that's one of the best parts about it that make the price nice if you ask me.
It's already got low weight to start with, and if you pop in a lithium battery, especially triple A since this mouse takes those, you'll still have a wonderful-performing mouse that will last a lot longer compared to the mice that you'd have to plug in every now and then depending on how much you use it.
Buttons are nice, no issues with that. Shape is actually comfortable for the size of my hand, though I generally prefer something a bit longer and a bit higher.
Still though, if you don't wanna shell out much for like a Viper or GPX Superlight, this works just as well.

Compact and easy to use. Lighter in weight. Ideal for fingertip grip. Great customizable keys. The build quality looks Solid. The scroll wheel is not smooth. Mouse pads are butter smooth. VFM products for this price range

Amazing lightweight mouse. battery is balanced towards the center. Enjoyable switches. the wheel has just the right amount tactility. Does not have enough grip though on stock. a few hexagons of dragon grip fixed that though.

I had an older wired gaming mouse and originally bought this for myself, but it seems better suited for someone with smaller hands.
With that out of the way, it did work really well and I have no complaints about the battery life.
I would not pay retail, but if you can grab it on sale, I think it's a great mouse for a portable gaming mouse or a daily driver for someone with smaller hands.

The end of my mouse quest

Throughout the quarantine, I've purchased more mice than I'd like to admit. At first, it was a search for a good work mouse, something that could give me some more functionality while also being able to play some games on my computer. That quickly spiraled into many mouse purchases, some of which I admit I really shouldn't have bought. Regardless, I finally bought the Orochi V2, and I can feel confident knowing it's the best one I bought so far. It's small, yet it fits nicely in my hand. It's extremely light, which was something I kind of didn't care about at first... until I got my hands on the Orochi and then I realized what I was missing. It's also portable, but considering how great a mouse it is, I use it as my primary mouse when gaming.

This is a really great mouse. It’s not too heavy and has great battery life. I also really like the flexibility it has with being able to use either Bluetooth or 2.4ghz with the dongle, and use either AA or AAA batteries. My last mouse only used AAA and sometimes I’d only have AA so that was annoying. The mouse also has a good texture on it which makes it easy to grasp for a while. I couldn’t honestly imagine needing a better mouse for typical computer use and gaming. Also the design is pleasing. Plus for the price I got it at I feel like I got a great deal.

This is the perfect mouse. It has the dual function of connection via usb and bluetooth. I have two of them (white and black) and I am extremely satisfied with their performance. I have had this mouse for about a year and have used them near daily. The coating is still in tact, there is virtually 0 sign of use aside from the bottom rubber feet. I 100% recommend this for anyone looking for a mobile or even home desktop mouse solution.

Very nice mouse. Very specifically for people who like small, light, minimalist mouses. The plastic also has a slight texture to it, making it pretty grippy and basically immune to sweaty hand slippage.

Where do I start...

First of all, this is the best mouse I've ever used. Let me just do the simple thing and list everything is great.
Clicks - Razer Mechanical Switches (Modified Kailh Kailh GM 4.0) These clicks are mechanical perfection in mice. Crispy and consistent. This isn't your average cheap Omron in some Logitech mouse. No pre-travel to speak of.
Side Buttons - The side buttons use the same fantastic switches and push out. They are positioned so well and work so well that it actually improves my game performance due to the crispy springy performance. Ever bound it to melee in first person shooters? Try it.
Scroll Wheel - The wheel is light. The indentations are moderately strong. The rubberized coating has a satisfying texture that keeps your finger on.
Plastic - Satisfying egg-shell-like texture through all of the plastic. High quality feel in the hand and just enough texture. No creaks or bends to speak of. The top shell is removable and also is perfection. I definitely appreciate the simplified design of the top cover (instead of two individual buttons) which has been implemented flawlessly. To put it simply, unparalleled build quality at this price and one of the most flawlessly built mice I've ever held.
Shape - Oh my gosh. The shape. This is by far my favorite gaming mouse shape. It's light, tall, and small. Yet it is totally palm-grippable, fingertip grippable, and claw grippable. According to Razer's suggested measurements, I have just above medium sized hands.
Sensor - Not much to write about here. This is a flagship quality sensor. Razer perfected them a while back. The wireless is great as well.
Bluetooth - This mouse can connect to two devices. 2.4G USB or Bluetooth. Handy right? Makes this a bomb productivity mouse for a secondary computer or a laptop. Logitech hasn't figured this out. Stash the little dongle inside it and throw it in a bag.
Conclusion - This may be the first gaming mouse I've ever loved using. Going from a Logitech G603 to a Razer Viper Ultimate I was never really satisfied with either. The Viper Ultimate is much better than the horrid G603. But I'll just reiterate that I bought this mouse for $47 and it outperforms nearly any mouse on the market at a bargain bin price. Perhaps the shape won't work for you. But at this value, I sure hope it does.

Recently bought a laptop and was looking for a dedicated gaming mouse for it. I came across this mouse and saw the reviews and figured id give it a chance. Instantly fell in love! Buying another for my desktop as it is now my main over the Glorious Model O wireless and Roccat burst pro air. Have had every flag ship mouse you can think of and yet something about this mouse just takes the cake. A complete win. Try it and youll understand the hype too!

I got this mouse to go with my white/silver TKL logitech pretty much for aesthetics alone. It's a little small for my hands, but I can deal with it. It's very lightweight and precise, so great for fps gaming as well as the more boring ofiice/work stuff. I like that you can choose between a AA or a AAA to adjust the weight (and runtime). Just note that you cannot add one of each for more heft as the bays overlap slightly. If you want more weight, though, you probably aren't looking at this mouse.

I have quite a few gaming mice and peripherals. I'm actually going from a Razer Viper Ultimate to this and I love the Orochi. It feels much better in my hand for quick reactions in FPS games. I plug the dongle into the base that came with my Viper Ultimate and its been great. Its been 1 month since I purchased this mouse and I have used it up 8-16 hours per day and still have not had to replace the included battery. Value for the price is incredible as well.

The orochi v2 is a great lightweight mouse with clicky buttons with a tactile feel. It's a minimalist design with no flashy lights. It has a tasteful black razer logo on top. It can run off of a single AA or a single AAA which is a nice touch. I use this as a go mouse. Would I use it for gaming? Probably not. Though it is marketed as lightweight, it's almost too lightweight. But for travel it is awesome.
