Customers are saying

Customers are positive about the Orochi V2's exceptional battery life, lightweight design, and ease of use, with many praising its comfortable size and responsive performance. However, some customers expressed dissatisfaction with the software, citing issues such as instability and bloatware. A few users also reported problems with the scroll wheel and noted that the white color is prone to staining. While some found the price reasonable, others felt that RGB lighting should have been included for the price point.

The mouse is on the smaller side, which is great for my small hands. Bluetooth works great. Fast response time. Very comfortable grip. And the button and clicking noises have a satisfying sound!

    “Eggcellent” mouse

This is a amazing “little” gaming mouse from Razer. It’s NOT just a laptop mouse, and I think it can be a main mouse for many setups. The shape is great and I like the comfort grooves. I have medium hands and if doesn’t feel too small or like I’m getting cramped. This uses Razers 18K DPI sensor (3369) and it tracks flawlessly almost as good as the Focus+ found on other Razer mice. The position of the sensor is a little higher than most mice so it might take some time to get used to it. The buttons of this mouse are Razers 2nd Gen mechanical switches (Kalih 4.0s) and they feel great and tactile even with the removable shell. The battery on this thing also lasts extremely long and you won’t have to worry about it whether you’re using AA or AAA. My only downside with this mouse is the possible QC issues. The first 4 units I tested had a lot of shell wobble or loose scroll wheels. I decided to try it again for the 5th time though and finally the QC on my unit is amazing, no issues. The removable shell might get weaker over time as you take it on/off but that’s to be expected and at least it wasn’t bad fresh out the box.

Fantastic mouse. This orochi v2 is very light weight, and it fits my hand perfectly. Since the battery placement is diagonal, this make the mouse very balance.

    Better than Viper Ultimate!

Great wireless mouse! I bought the Viper Ultimate at the same time and ended up returning the Viper. I was originally using the Logitech G305, but I didn't find the Viper's ambidextrous design comfortable at all. The Orochi is much better and despite it's ambidextrous design, the slight ergonomic features are much better than the Viper and G305. Orochi side clicks are superior to the Viper. Overall, satisfied with the mouse and I have no issues thus far. Only complaint, slightly overpriced.

To be honest, this mouse fits really good under my hand. Over a long period of gaming and office productivity, my hand doesn’t feel any fatigue. Like no stress at all. So I highly recommend product. It’s nice, simple and it’s from Razer!

For being a portable wireless mouse, it does what it's sposed to fantasticly. Takes a AAA battery OR a AA battery, which is handy, if the battery goes dead just toss in what you have, it connects via Bluetooth OR via dongle which tucks neatly away inside of the mouse. For the price you really can't get a better wireless mouse.

So, I've been running a razer basilisk wireless as my mouse. I thought it was light, and fast, but often times, I would take my laptop to work, and forget my mouse, so I decided to buy this one as a secondary. I almost didn't, because I really thought the basilisk was super light as is, and how much lighter can it get? Wow, the orochi is about 2/3 the weight of the basilisk. (both weighed with battery). it's also a lot smaller, even though it didn't look like it at first. The finish on it, seems more "durable" than the one on my basilisk. as far as button actuation goes, I think, you will end up choking up a little bit on the orochi, and your finger will end up clicking, vs the finger tips on the basilisk. The only thing I miss is the thumb rest, but I'm using this more for work. One caveat, I'm a controller gamer, vs kbm, but my daughter used it, and she liked the white one better (her words, not mine), while playing minecraft. The one thing that I did wish they would have done, is make the dongle usb c vs usb a, just to show that they are moving forward. Lots of newer laptops are usb c/thunderbolt only now.

Great shape, light weight if you use a battery mod and uses usb-c. Very convenient for on the go use, not sure about this being a main FPS players use as needed batteries is a crazy ask in 2023. Coating is standard razer plastic feel as well, beware.

Very very good gaming mouse. Light weight, small but good shape, and a good sensor. I gave it a 4 out of 5 on the quality part, only because my unit has a very slight rattle on the right part of the shell. Not a big deal, very very small issue. Other than that, great mouse.

Razer honors the warranty, but after 1 year exactly after there became clicking issues/scroll mouse didn't work. I give 4 star only because Razer replaced it. The mouse itself is great for palm grip and smaller hands, prefer this way over the luggish g305 from logitech. For $40 it was a steal though
