I run a Twitch channel and we take our PC to go. I now own 3 of these and the 4k pass through allows us to run our cameras at a higher frame rate but still capture at 1080p60fps. I know some have had issues early but updates have seemed to have fixed any issues others had.

Had trouble capturing anything for the first day, none of the help websites gave a proper answer. I ended up figuring out how to get it to output on both tv and pc. But it's a complicated and very time consuming process that doesnt make this worth buying, plus it still wont capture audio on it's own, I have to plug my tv headphone jack into the razer's mic port it's just complicated

Had an issue at first. Make sure you download Razer Synapse to get it to work properly. Works great with better contrast and colors than Elgato. Doesn't have the best software but it works great in Streamlabs and OBS.

Works great- plug & play connecting my canon 77d to a 2019 MacBook Pro. Would give 5 stars, but the video freezes when I tried connecting to a surface pro 4 (I believe because the surface only has usb 3.0 ports).

Worked right out of the box. Plugged it in and my PC recognized it and got it ready for use. It's software for controlling settings is super basic and limited. Would recommend.

I was skeptical to go with this instead of an ElGato card due to their popularity. I chose the Razer Ripsaw because all of my peripherals are Razer so I had to keep the trend going. I am definitely glad I went this route! Picture and sound quality are absolutely awesome and the design is extra sleek. I highly recommend this capture card if you're looking to pick one up!

Using this capture device, along with all my other Razer products, with OBS is amazing! I would recommend this device over El Gato. I tried that unit, exchanged it for this one, and I'm impressed!

I got this to dabble with streaming on Twitch and even uploading occasional gameplay to Youtube. It works pretty flawlessly, it's also pretty compact, the size of an average folded wallet, it also comes with a fairly heavy duty aux cable to use with the designated mic & headphone jacks on it which also makes it perfectly compatible with an audio splitter. It was my first Razer purchase, and likely won't be my last. 10 outta 10 y'all.

I used this to enable me to broadcast a presentation of a personality over a zoom conference call. Handled the task with ease. Take the time to get your audio settings right between the computer, camera and the ripsaw. Once that is nailed, all systems are go. Glad I decided to experiment! Not sorry at all. (P.S. your computer/laptop must have USB3 for this to work.)

The product worked well enough. I bought it for the 1440 pass through which it does not offer for xbox one. Packaging was the best I have ever seen at its price point and the braided cords are a fantastic touch. Great looks and including the HDMI chord puts this ahead of the elgato hd60s but not being able to provide pass through makes it pointless to buy if you already own the elgato HD60s which came out years before it. Save your money and buy the onboard elgato for $90 bucks more. You'll be set for the next 2 or 3 years instead of already outdated.

I took this item back because in OBS you have to play with the setting to get audio. Comparing to the Elgato capture card I didn't have to do it with the Elgato. It is a shame because I do like Razer products. Plus also I wasn't able to configure the video or picture setting in OBS. Get the Elgato one!!
