I think i got a defective product. Transits video easily but could not get audio at all.

Amazing capture card, the only problem I had was setting up audio, but there are videos and other resources online that help with that. I use it to stream my Nintendo Switch and it works perfectly.

Does exactly what it is advertised to do. Records all HDMI throughout and spits it out through the USB type a connection to your PC.

It doesn't come with any fancy software like the Elgato cards, but it's as simple as plug and play with this thing. Just make sure you have Razer Synapse installed and it should be smooth sailing.

I use this when I stream but the limit 1080 is good but some times it will freak out on certain games or not work good budget product or starter but I think a interval might be better when streaming 4k stuff

The video part of it is fine captures my switch just time its the audio part that suck there is none. I tried setting it up with obs and stream labs and same problem no audio. watched multiple hours of videos and trouble shooting but nothing worked for me.

Works ad advertised. My son uses it for his Xbox One and really likes the editing software.

No complaints at all! Does what it’s supposed to, haven’t had any issues. You have to have a decent computer with USB 3.0 though

I personally love the Ripsaw for live streaming, the 4k pass through is seamless and everything runs smooth..buttttt the Type C cord is very shoddy. It needed replacement after a few months.

Works great, we used it for a tournament to capture one screen and import it into twitch feed.

Could not get this to work retured and got a Elgato HD60s+ worked immediately. Build quality was nice and port placement was better then Elgato.

This product has to be set a certain way to work at all, and if anything changes such as changing the HDMI cable in to change the game system, it could stop working. I unplugged the HDMI to change from my switch to my WiiU, and the audio and visuals stopped on my PC, I know it’s the signal going to the PC because the pass through still went to my TV. I tried to contact Razer support but all the website gives you is a bot chat that can’t help and a phone number that tells you they can’t accept your call before hanging up, as they don’t even put you on hold to wait to talk to someone. I will be returning this product, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

It's a good device. It really is. And it's way better than the capture card I previously had. However, there are times when I'll lose half of the picture for no reason. And I've reached out to Razer multiple times for help and they've not responded to me at all.

Awesome capture card. Plug in and use no additional updates or software needed. Very simple.

Hands down the best there is around! Better than Elgato in my opinion. Just make sure you have USB 3.0 Drive

This isn't on Best buy. Product arrived actually a little early. Tried four laptops, 4 HDMI cords...could not get this thing working. Decided to upgrade to a new gaming laptop...still didn't work. Tried to call their customer service which was non existent. Tried to contact on reddit....took a week to get back to each question we asked. Save yourself the trouble, do not buy. We ended up with the elgato. Save yourself the headache. Best buys customer service was fabulous and did the return no issues and ordered the elgato for us

Quick and easy to set up had no issues and game had no issues streaming through it!

This was easy to install and works great with my older pc.

Great and easy to use. After a couple youtube videos things should be running smoothly.
