Capture card freezes when attempting to stream to Streamlabs OBS. It runs smooth intermittently, but without fail, always freezes. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who takes streaming serious.

Great piece of hardware. Once in a blue moon I might need to disconnect and reconnect it, but that might also be my PC. It’s finicky like that.

Does the job well and its software pops up as soon as you plug it in the computer, but make sure you have a usb type 3.0 port on your computer to have it work well

got home plugged it in and from the start it never worked had to talk to customer service for hours to find out it was defective. to be fair i have friends that have this product and it works just fine for them.

After the last microsoft update my son's elgato would not work correctly. My son plugged this in and he was off gaming again.

Purchased to use for streaming from Xbox through pc. Didn’t capture the audio or video after numerous hours of troubleshooting. Returned item ASAP.

This worked pretty well when I was trying to stream FF7 remake from my ps4, however, after using it for a couple month, I can't get any signal sent to my pc, so I got a RMA from Razer. Yet a month after I started using the machine after the RMA, I got color distortion like the old TV is not getting a good signal. I'm currently running another RMA right now, but considering this will be the second RMA request for the same reason in less then half a year, I do not recommend buying this for all the hassle that I have been through

so needless to say I am completely disappointed in this product I picked it out because It had all of it's ports on the one side. 1st one I bought did not work at all so I returned and exchanged it for the same thing thinking it was just a dud.... well I got my second one and literally about once every five minutes I would get screen tearing at the very bottom so I would not recommend this

The Razer software does not work with Mac. I wish the description said that and not just in the owner's manual.

It's capable of capture, but you need to have a high end PC to make it work. Not something I'd buy again.
