Decent Mic, I think upgrading to the next higher grade mic might be better. I think the quality overall is good for the price. Good bang for buck! Plug in play, easy to use.

Great budget microphone and i enjoy the software it has. Only problem is that it is very sensitive to noise so id suggest getting some form of a wind muffle or pop filter.

It's an awesome investment for me especially since I'm working from home recently. Had a wireless logitech G535 gaming headset prior and it served its purpose although I found that the mic was really lackluster, bluetooth signal dropping more frequently and my ears would sweat uncomfortably. Now I sound pretty crispy on zoom calls and am much more comfortable knowing that I can be heard without shouting into the mic. It is pretty pricey, but I think that paying for quality, in this case, is well worth it.

This is regarding the Razer, Seiren V2 X USB Condenser Microphone. This really looks stylish. yet is simple to use and fits in nicely with our other equipment. It only has two controls, one button in front which is a mute button and a knob that controls the gain. It comes with a weighted stand that you would screw the microphone into. It also includes a “special” USB C cord that plugs into the back of the microphone with the other end being a USB A for the computer. I say “special” because the end that goes into the mic is perfectly shaped and non-standard so if it gets misplaced, you could not use a standard one that you already have on hand. On the back of the mic is also a jack where you can plug in your headphone, which allows you to hear your feedback. I found this very helpful. The stand keeps the mic stable and the mic easily swivels and rotates using this stand. Having the mute button right in front is convenient while using mic and is silent when pressed so it doesn’t interfere with the sound. This is a great-quality and good sized microphone. Plugging it into my laptop, it was recognized immediately without my changing any settings, which was very nice. It sounds very clear during streaming. We tried the gain control and it worked very well keeping voice smooth and level controlled instead of peaking. The sound is nice and clear. This also worked well in not picking up the background noise and yet your voice comes through clearly, not muffled, hard to understand, or loud. It includes access to the Razer Synapse program which opens the door to many other features which can control the microphone, playback, settings, etc.. but right now, I’m finding that the mic meets my needs without even using the app so I don’t have much more to share about it. Overall, this is a great microphone. It looks great and it works great.

I like it but the only comment my son gave me was “you really need to put your mouth close to be heard clearly.”That’s why it’s a 4 stars.

Purchased for my child who is a streamer, she stated the mic is too short and she requires raising on something to help audio.

I havent had many opportunities to use the microphone but i got it primarily for online classes and it works great. If i am typing with the microphone active it picks up the keyboard noise so there is likely a lot of tuning that i havent yet done to it to make it perfect.

This mic is really nice in size and performance you can put it anywhere on your desktop and won’t take much space and works very well

Doesn’t say in the description but it does not work for ps5 or console. Had to go to their actual website to figure that out. Returned it

Razer Seiren V2 X USB, I found it quick and easy to set up but the instructions were so small!!!! Good thing it had pictures but was able to connect with out really reading the instructions just used to figure out how to work it, it has a non skid/sliding base bottom, the base is stable, nice and wide the microphone looks like metal but is plastic, its small but mighty, it’s nice looking comes with a 6 foot usb-c to usb-a, I was able to connect to my computer with some cord to spare to move around my station, unfortunately if something were to happen to the cable it may be hard to replaced it molded to the shape of the microphone, haven’t looked into seeing if they offer replacement parts. It has a mute button that lights up green for for good to go and red so you know your muted, nice so you don’t start taking before realizing your muted then ah e to repeat what you just said haha. It comes with a thin cover and has a little play to tilt microphone not super easy to tilt but I think it will loosen up after using it for a bit hopefully. It does have its own app for Razor control panel. It picks up your voice easily and load no matter how soft you speak which I found nice not having to talk so loud to be heard clearly. I think it’s great starter microphone great price.
