It’s amazing I’ve had no issues with it. It’s easy to mute with one tap and is very good quality. It’s easy to set up. You can change and customize the RGB lights of it with the app which is easy to use. Would definitely recommend.

The Razer Seiren v2 USB Condensor microphone brings RGB to external microphones. It's an interesting idea let down by some odd choices in execution. -= In the Box =- In the box is the Razer Seiren v2 microphone, a braided USB A to USB C cable, and the mounting base. -= First Impressions =- Like all Razer products the Seiren looks cool. Has a good weight and looks premium - probably because of the matte black finish. There is excellent weight to the Seiren base. The volume control dial has the right resistance to feel like it's quality and there's a headphone jack on the rear. -= Setup =- There's two parts to setup, hardware and software. Hardware, screw on the base and your done. But to get the most value and flexibility you need to install the (free) Razer Synapse software. Installation is quick, you are prompted to create an account but it's not necessary so you can use this as a guest. More on the Synapse software later. -= What's Good =- Audio recording is clear. I tested in game (via Discord) and in a call and there were no complaints or issues. According to everyone I was talking to, it was clear, well balanced, and no issue. The RGB colors are fun, I set mine to be default audio level indicators, which is surprisingly useful and helpful. I also don't mind a bright backlit red microphone to indicate it's muted. Cool. -= What's Not So Good =- The controls for the Seiren are all touch controls on the top of the microphone. Tap 1x to mute, tape 2x for the RGB options, tap 3x times to turn off RGB effects. I found the taps not responsive and there was a weird lag-delay. It's also not intuitive, years of being around audio engineers has condition me to not go tapping microphones. Yes, you can customize all of this via the Synapse software and yes, you can use your normal software for mute/unmute etc. FYI, there's also no custom cardiod settings for the microphone. If you don't know what this means, these are settings you would want on a microphone if you're using it for recording podcasts, interviews, or in a noisy environment. The absence of cardiod settings is not necessarily bad, but something you should know if you want to use the Seiren for more than gaming. -= Final Thoughts =- I really thought hard about whether the Seiren was a 3 or 4. I love Razer products as a rule. But the poor touch controls are a bit disappointing. If you are a fan of RGB though and want RGB everywhere and you don't think you'll want to adjust settings on the microphone itself and are happy to use the Synapse software, then this could be the perfect microphone for you.

The Seiren V3 Chroma is a well-built microphone. It came with the most heavy-duty USB-A cable. Unboxing the microphone you are greeted with the microphone itself, cords, a baseplate, and instructions. The usual with a microphone these days. You can position it on a table. I prefer the mic-arm method. It has a universal mic attachment mounting thread. There wasn't much movement or drop on the mic arm from the weight. The microphone itself is excellent and premium. It has a heavy plastic feel to it. You get some minor adjustments with the baseplate. It has a big giant mute button on top. The audio experience out of the box was phenomenal. I hadn't heard my voice recorded unfiltered in a while. The voice that played back was clear. No background noise or anything. As a plug-in-play microphone, I don't see it getting any better than this. You get a clean recorded playback with no effects. The software was the biggest letdown for me. First off, this microphone is mainly for gamers and it has a lot of RGB and effects. The Razer Synapse software is what controls and guides all of that. A lot of flashy colors if you're into that. I like simple and easy. That isn't what this software came across. It had too much customization inside the software. Yet, no VST plugins or stuff to enhance outside of the basics. I didn't feel this was much for production and mainly tailored toward gaming. As long as you know that upfront. Along with the app came a lot of background tasks and operations in the background. I didn't care for that. Outside of that if you are a gamer and you like RGB. If you want a clear-quality microphone, this might be for you!

Great mic. Picks up my voice really well, which is always a plus since I'm very soft spoken. It's very easy to use and I love that I can use it with either the stand it came with or my mic arm. The RGB is also fun to play around with to match the rest of my setup

I came from the Hyper X which it was good in terms of general usage and features but only work for 2 years and got damage Razer never disappoints very nice features lot better software integration and sound quality super good recommend 100% more razer

Bought the microphone a lil under a month ago its been great so far no audio issues just be carful when your in a big room thought has a tendency to produce feedback in certain areas. Also dont know if the mic is know for random cutoffs cause i noticed when i had my mic in my pc there was 2 moments where it just turned of and it started flicking purple every 2 seconds might have to contact razer on that one. Asside from that audio is very crisp and its got several led options to choose from with the synapse sofware that comes with first time setup and you not just limited to presets do a little digging and youll find that they have a feature that allows you to fully customize preset patterns and potentally make your own. It has a gain knob and a tap to mute feature on the mic itself alongside with options to adjust the sensitivity, volume, and more a fantastic microphone for streamers or competitive gamers

I’ve never had a mic before and found recently that I needed one for many things. I did alittle research and found one at Best Buy. This was a good pick. I’ve bought many things from here and have very seldom had to return anything to this store because in every case so far it’s always been a good deal. This mic is powerful and easy to use. And it has many up to date features. I’m sure I won’t be returning it.

The Razer Seiren V3 Chroma RGB USB Microphone is simply outstanding! The audio quality is crystal clear, and the dynamic RGB lighting adds a unique touch to my setup. The tap-to-mute sensor and digital gain limiter are incredibly useful. Highly recommend this mic for anyone serious about streaming and gaming.

Another solid product from Razer. I love the lighting and the easy mute tap feature. Works perfectly with Synapse software. A well-built USB microphone for any occasion, be it with the included stand or attached to a desk boom arm.

Easy to set up, clear crisp sound and easy to mesh with wireless headphones. LED options easy to customize with razer system on computer, boom arm could be convenient depending on set up.
