I feel like this product is extremely expensive and mine was defective. Supposed to be for wireless use so you can relax back and use it but the mouse was slow on screen and would stutter and the keys would work fine but on the screen would appear stuck and type a certain letter over and over until it decided to stop. I did love the mechanical feel of the keys, though. If it worked properly I might have kept it. I returned it to Best Buy and the process was easy, I got a normal mouse and keyboard from Razer in-store (the lapboard was an online purchase) and they work great. Don’t waste your money on this expensive board.

Does not hold a charge more than a few hours. Complicating to set up. Accidently left the RF USB Dongle Receiver plugged into the Returned Desktop. Reported issue with Best Buy. After a dozen calls I was told I'd get a email with details of my RF USB Dongle item returned back to me from those whom inspect returned items in their KY warehouse. It has been a month, and I've not received any email regarding the return of my property. Now THIS ITEM is completely useless!

I would not buy from Razer period. My keyboard's lights did not work which is apparently very common. Also has about a 5 foot wireless range....seriously. These things have a 2 year warranty but they make it sooo hard to claim that warranty. I was emailing them back and forth for a week. it seems like they are trying their best to not help you at every step.

Utterly useless in wireless mode for me, even 2 feet away from my PC with all other nearby wireless receivers turned off. If only this thing could be paired to a Logitech wireless receiver or anything other than the one it came with.

this is definitely the best turret for begginer gamers, the mouse magnitized and sticks to the built in mouse pad. Its amazing, bit it does duck that it only works for about 10-14 games off the xbox.

The concept is cool but it is only supported on so many games, most of the keyboard functions dont even work because of an xbox update that made the keyboard pretty much useless. You're better off just connecting a regular keyboard and mouse to your xbox. Until more xbox games start supporting keyboard and mouse and Razer puts out an update for the keyboard to fully function with the xbox, dont even bother.
