Customers enjoy the lightweight design, ease of use, and vibrant RGB lighting of the Viper Wired Optical Gaming Mouse. Many appreciate its responsiveness, accurate sensor, and comfortable size for various hand sizes, along with the included cable and adjustable DPI settings. The ambidextrous design is also a plus for many users. However, some customers suggest that the side buttons and software could be improved.

This mouse is great. Very light for does intense gamer and has an amazing shape to fit all people mainly medium size hands. The lighting is the best I have ever seen in a mouse its my favorite for sure. Very light cable you wont even feel. Overall best mouse for its price.

This thing is super light, responsive, and agile. The multi-select sensitivity button helps to dial in setting in-game quickly. Great value for the price!

The mouse is really light the mesh cord is long and also smooth so it does not get hung up on things, I like this mouse, I have used razer mouses for years and this is by far my favorite

The mouse is really nice. Medium sized and weight mouse, it's good buy for the price you paid, I liked the wire which is not pulling mouse. The wire is okay.

Awesome specs. Super lightweight. Extremely fast responsive sensor. But the software - it's a nightmare. You must be online and must have Razer account to be able to use/change any setting to this mouse.

Best mouse I’ve had. Wireless mice are pointless; this one has a lightweight cord you won’t feel or notice, and the perfect weight. Plus, optical switches that will never double-click

Works great! I love the lights on it and the way it feels in my hand while using it. the macro / key bind for side buttons is very easy to set up and use!

I have used a great many mice this mouse is pretty close to perfect if it fits your hand mostly for claw and fingertip grips in my opinion
what sets this mouse apart is its weight its lighter than almost every normal mouse but slightly heavier than the cheese grater mice with holes in them which to me makes it a perfect balance for aiming and it has buttons detached from the shell with optical switches that in theory respond faster probably not noticeable but still a positive addition also for anyone who hits the dpi button its impossible since this is on the bottom now
I give the mouse a 9/10 10 if it holds up to the test of time

When I heard Razer was making an ultra light gaming mouse I was skeptical that It could be better than the tried and true Deathadder, but now I believe that this is one of the best gaming peripherals on the market. I primarily play games that need fine aim and fast movement to stay competitive (R6, Overwatch, Apex) and the difference between a 105g Deathadder Elite and the 69g Viper is noticeable. The lighter mouse makes it much easier to flick to enemies and track your opponents movements. Only extra note is definitely pair this will an extra large mouse pad.

So.. Its a solid gaming mouse at the end of the day. Adjustable dpi, customizable color and pattern and frequency.. Cons? Louder clicks than I expected, but that only bothers people not wearing the headset. So, if you have an irritable cohabitant.. Beware. Seems to have relaxed a bit in the past month.. Other than that its great. The cord is light like advertised and you don't notice it. Im coming off an 11 year old deathadder. Worth it. Don't complicate the decision if it fits the budget.

I have purchased many computer mice and all of them had one or two things that made me want to look elsewhere.
I use a claw grip and I found that many of the ambidextrous mice I tried made it hard for me to reach both side thumb buttons.
I have decently sized hands, but found that many of them had their thumb buttons positioned in a way that I had to shift my hand too much to reach them comfortably.
I have not had this issue with the Viper and it has really helped me to use the additional buttons while gaming :)
