the Viper is overall very well made and responsive with an ideal weight. My only problem is the recessed thumb buttons are a little too recessed. The mouse also kinda feels cheapy yet seems to be well made.

has good tracking. Up to 16k dpi.
Feels extremely light. I havent returned to my Steelseries yet, so that's a good sign. Got it on sale too, so 4 stars.

I personally prefer a heavier mouse but it’s still really nice and versatile. 16000 DPI gives you a huge range of different sensitivities. Would recommend for a budget mouse

Great light weight mouse. The optical switches work perfectly. For the price it is hard to beat, However this mouse is a bit on the small side for those with bigger hands

I use my computer for both work and light gaming. I will say for disclosure purposes I'm predominantly console user. I love the responsiveness on either the work or gaming aspects. And have had no complaints. I didn't notice how much of a difference the optical response would made. I dont lose as much on gaming (the hot keys are a blessing too) and on the work aspect I feel like im more efficient than ever. Its the best of both worlds.

Very good mouse in my opinion. Especially for this price. Nice grip and the clicking is just satisfying and it's a lot better than those off branded mouses. The 5 stages of dpi helps a lot with fps types of games like csgo, fortnite, valorant, Alex legends, and etc. Also a cool touch for this mouse is the chroma studio. I have the options to change the colors and configure it. Overall I'd definitely recommend this mouse.

I’ve been enjoying this mouse—it’s incredibly light (maybe even a little too light?), has very fast and accurate tracking, and the mouse buttons have a satisfying and precise click. Plus you can use it right- or left-handed (I like to switch it up). The Razer software is much improved since older versions and makes it easy to customize the mouse and lighting effects. My only complaints are that the side panels have a slightly slippery feel, and the RGB lighting is limited to just the Razer logo—for a mouse this price, it might have been nice to have a little more lighting. But overall, I’m very happy with this mouse.

This mouse can be programmed for either a right handed person or a left handed person. My son finally has a LEFTY mouse at the best deal around on price! Not only that, but the Viper lights up in different colors and you can program it with different colors. He has the keyboard too that sinks with the mouse. Very cool! It is a fast gaming mouse with really high FPS. He's happy. He loves it!

I appreciate the adjustable dpi settings and the construction of the mouse, especially the cord which seems durable. Use it to play CoD Modern Warfare.

For a wired mouse without breaking the bank this one is excellent.
We have 2 of these. Kids use them to play games. They still work great after almost a year.
I also have the Razer Balistik X Hyperspeed which is wireless, but need batteries. Kids are ok with wired ones and I don't have to spend a fortune on batteries.
