Customers are enthusiastic about the Wolverine Ultimate controller's high-quality build, ease of use, and customizable features, frequently praising its comfortable feel and appealing RGB lighting. However, some users reported issues with stick drift and button responsiveness, while others found the wired connection and paddle placement less than ideal. The controller's size also received mixed reviews, with some finding it too large or too small for their hands. Overall, the positive feedback on the controller's design and feel is tempered by concerns about its durability and ergonomics.

Controller feels great in the hands, not too heavy. The additional buttons feel much more comfortable than the elite paddles.
Immediately had an issue with the right stick, reached out to Razer via email. They asked me a few questions, sent me a FedEx slip, I dropped it off at a walgreens and had a new controller withi 5 business days. Obviously would have loved to have a working controller right off the bat, but things happen and Razer made it right, with little work required by me.

Back buttons are a bit wonky on Razer controllers. They require you to stretch your fingers quite far. But then the top buttons are easily pressed on accident with the overhang of your fingers on the trigger. Poor design.

Super solid alternative to the elite series 2 controller, just did not like the feel in hand or the placement of the paddles. I have a friend who swears by this controller, though

I ended up having to return this in favor of the Tournament edition. This design might work for someone else. But I couldn’t get used to the ergonomics of the extra buttons. I have fairly large hands (can palm a basketball). But the placement of the extra buttons on the back made me have to shift my hands all around just to try and hit them. They are also hard to distinguish cos they feel the same and are right on top of each other.
I can’t recommend the Tournament enough on the other hand.

Love the tactile/clicks buttons, extremely great for anybody wanting a pro style controller. The paddles in the back are a little hard to get used to but eventually put get accustomed to them. You can also control audio volumes by holding down the audio button and pressing up and down on the D Pad!

I wasted money on the scuf prestige. this thing is 10000% better if you can deal with a cord. The paddles are built in so they dont crack and cost you $12 every time you break one of a different shape. Button placement is much better, audio controls at bottom are icing on the cake. no gritty crap all over your controller from the thumbsticks deteriorating. you can feel the difference as soon as you pick it up.......i could go on for days.

Pretty good, but some bad things about it. The ABXY buttons are slightly smaller, the grip is not as good as the Elite series 2 or the Xbox Series controller, and overall feels a little smaller overall.

Really solid controller every thing worked as it should fits in hands comfortably only giving it four stars because of price but for the money it's a well built controller alot of buttons you can program 4 on back 2 on top xtra it's wired but they give you a ten foot cord didn't even notice the cord

I play on pc but having used Xbox for a decade the controller feels right. The extra buttons by the triggers are very useful. The buttons on the back versus paddles that may or may not fall out in the middle of a game are also nice. Got it on sale and went back to get two more as backups. No stick drift after heavy long term use either, unlike the elite controller.

The quality of the controller is better than most out on the market as of today. There was a slight adjustment I had to make within the game settings due to the fact that the turning radius is different than a regular Xbox controller. Other than that it works as described and the response time on the buttons are just as good as a regular Xbox controller.

While I really do like this controller, especially the mouse like click/action of buttons. The downside is the rear buttons on back, the placement is terrible to the point that they are useless and I have large hands. The location is too centered and too hard to use during game play for me. I ended up buying the Tournament edition because those rear buttons are placed in sweet spot and easy to use. The remote is also cheaper, but doesnt have the removable joysticks or trackpad, but Im fine with that. All and all its a nice remote but the rear buttons is why im knocking off 2 stars. For that reason I will return it.

Absolutely love the controller. Feels good in my hands and responds well. Only think that keeps it from a five star is customizing it. You can use the app to change the paddles but there's not a way to change the other buttons.

Amazing controller that totally exceeded my expectations. Razer really held nothing back when they updated their Razer Wolverine from the Tournament Edition to the Ultimate Edition. Very Smart as the Tournament Edition was NOT made obsolete when this version was released as that Edition only has two paddles on the rear vs. the 4 that this Ultimate has. Depending on the gaming you do, you may not need the 4 that this one has so the Tournament Edition is PERFECT still and does not sit in the shadows of this one, one bit. The Paddles are totally programmable and can be remapped within the Razer Wolverine App on Windows 10, but can also be programmed on-the-fly by hitting the far left button on the bottom part of the gamepad and then clicking the button you want remapped and then clicking the button you wish to map to it. Allowing you to now have 2 of the same button for different reasons. Also has the ability to be setup to enable a paddle to engage a sensitivity modifier to either reduce the sensitivity when ADSing in FPS games OR to engage an Agility modifier that does the opposite which speeds up your sensitivity in case you need to turn around fast to out perform the enemy behind you.

this is my favorite controller and i got a lot of them. i like that it has 6 extra buttons and not just 4 like the elite series controllers from MS. the focus and agile capabilities make this the only controller i will ever use for competitive play online in shooters. it is wired but that's a plus from me because there is less input latency. the only downside is the ergonomics take some time to get used to for the index fingers but this is still better than elite controllers where you have to wrap your fingers to reach the paddles, with the wolverine your hands can just hug the controller.
mechanical keys are way better than the elite as well.

Has everything I want in a controller. Just wished it had a wireless option. Good feel. Good balance. Good features. The bottom paddles take some time getting familiar and comfortable with. I was able to purchase this controller for just 89.99, so it was a pretty good value for the features. I don't think I would have felt the same if I had to pay full price.
