pulled out of box went into setup updated firmware and this thing has absolutely ZERO stick drift... for now at least. the buttons and triggers are great except myself not a huge fan of the rear paddle/buttons and i dont have small hands but have to somewhat take your hand out of a natural holding position to be able to rest on the rear buttons. if i could move the rear paddles to somewhat of an elite controller position along with the top additional buttons this thing would be legitimately the "ultimate" controller" or should i say chroma little sarcasm to razers renaming tactics... for whatever reason.

I really like the Razer - Wolverine V2. I've tried several other "high end" controllers and this one has performed reliably and consistently. This is the first controller that I've ever used that hasn't experienced any stick-drift. I probably average around 25 hours of play each week. The controller held up for about a year (1,300+ hours) before I experienced any sort of failure in components.

    Best XBox-Style Controllers, Period.

If you've never felt a Razer Wolverine in your hands, you're missing out. The buttons have a wonderful mouse-click feel to them that makes all other controllers feel clunky in retrospect. Also, the quality of Razer controllers surpasses that of Microsoft XBox Elite controllers BY FAR! These tend to last 3-4x longer than the XBox Elites in my personal experience. So, if you're ok with a cable, the benefits are well worth it, and if money's no object, they do have a wireless version.

Good controller just a little to big.. the back paddles are in the middle of the controller making it nearly impossible to use all 4 without sliding ur hand further back on the controller making it hard to work the joysticks properly!!!

Good controller with a great grip and doesn't break down after a few weeks. I am content with the way it feels and the extra keys.

Such a great controller love all of the extra buttons/ levers this one has! Also love the bright neon colors. For some reason I bought this thinking it was a wireless/ charging controller but it is not. Still a great controller but would receive 5 stars if it was wireless.

    Nice Controller with Flaws

This is a very nice controller that has a very sturdy feeling when held, along with the mappable buttons and adjustable triggers, this is perfect for gaming. The chroma lighting is quite nice but i will say a little lackluster for a razer product, and in order to change the limited lighting effects you need to download a seperate app from your other razer chroma devices. I also experienced an issue where the right bumper wouldn’t function properly. Overal this is a nice controller but with certain buttons breaking after not even a full year of use... it doesnt bode well for the longevity of the product.

I've owned about every high-end controller from Scuf to both Xbox elite controllers. This is one of the best controllers I've ever used. You can feel every click of the buttons. The controls are tight. All the extra buttons are great. I'd didn't think I'd like where the back buttons are but it actually feels really comfortable and they're easy to reach. A definite buy if you're looking for a high-end controller.

I fell in love with this controller. The software is very easy to use to set up multiple mappings for different games. It is a bit wider than the normal Xbox controller so it does take some getting used to but that is the case with most paddle controllers. The only downfall with it and the reason it doesn't have 5 stars is the port for the cable isn't secure enough. It's a known issue that the cable disconnects sometimes even when connected. It hasn't been a huge issue and I haven't experienced it in some time, but it can be annoying when you're in the thick of it in your favorite game.

I’ve had a Scuf Controller for years, and this thing blows it out of the water in terms of overall feel. Controller is ergonomic and has a grippy surface so if your hands get sweaty during gaming you won’t have to worry about it. I hope this controller lasts as long as the Scuf does, but even if it doesn’t I will just buy another

Amazing product! One of the best controllers on the market right now. This controller has no stick drift and I’ve used several of these. So much better than the other $200+ controllers out there. Plus the two extra buttons next to the left and right trigger are so nice!

I still use this controller for all online gaming. I love the customization and tactile buttons (rather than the mushy stock buttons) The only downside is that it IS wired.

Great controller. The wide yet short shape takes some time getting used to. Its definitely better for larger hands, but the functionality is fantastic and the RGB is a plus. Downside is that its wired, and the 3.5mm port is prone to malfunctions. I had two and both had nonfunctional 3.5mm ports.

I have been a console player for over 20 years now. This is one of the best controllers that I have played with. Very comfortable and with two programming keys in back with adjustable ADS for small adjustments to your FPS games; is awesome! This is by far better than the elite controller, or the cheaper ones - trust me I have played with all of them. Good buy says THE KAMMAN

The smaller frame and texture plus better rgb is dope AF its just the paddles on the back makes it feel really janky the paddles on the OG wolverine where perfect placement and felt natural (didn'thave to adjust grip on either hand) , on these tho its just nah i feel like i have to fish for them and when i place my fingers on them it feels to high like the buttons from controller are too far apart and i end up just using the regular buttons which makes me feel like i bought the controller for nothing... i will try them out again but thats my opinion/feelings about the v2 wolverine at the moment.

The tension on the sticks for this remote have been the best I’ve ever used. I’m a daily gamer and haven’t experienced any stick drift or button issues with this remote. It’s a wired remote, so you don’t have to worry about input lag. The wire is very, very long. Good for couch gamers too lol You can download the app free off the Microsoft store and tweak the remote to your desires specifications. You can remap paddle buttons.

Original Wolverine still holding up with no stick drift issues. Upgraded to the V2 because the volume control on the original version didn't have mic monitoring when using a wired headset. V2 has held up great. No stick drift after tons of PUBG and Fortnite. I map L3 and R3 to bottom triggers which eliminates pushing sticks down. 2 extra bumpers on top means I never have to take fingers off sticks. There is a free Razer app in the Xbox store that will allow you to remap button layout and use Focus features of the controller. Overall this has been the best controller I've used. It's frequently on sale too. Worth every penny.

I really enjoy the features of the controller and there is a app you can download on you xbox to really customize your controller when it comes to the lights and vibrations and the remapping of buttons. The only problem I really have is i have gotten this controller twice the first time i had it under two weeks and the X button started getting “sticky” which means when you would press it; it wouldn’t return to its original position for a second which was aggravating so i returned it and got a new one and then i have had it for under a month and now it has stick drift on the left stick and it’s very aggravating because it’s not a cheap controller and i haven’t had it very long. I really love the controller but with the two issues I have had in a short period of time and it worry’s me of the build quality of the controller. So i would recommend but would be cautious.

Cool features such as color LED lighting make this controller fun. Well built and fits/feels good in hand. The responsiveness is really good, button feedback is tactile and crisp. Compared to normal Xbox controllers this is a definite step up. Not quite as good as the SCUF ones but really good even for around $150.
