Posted .Hello, the A Kick scooter has an aluminum frame for durability. It also has an adjustable handlebar to accommodate taller riders. To adjust the handlebar height, please refer to page 4 in the owner's manual. Also, please make sure you fully tighten the handlebars and the collar clamp upon assembly. The instructions are also in the owner's manual. For further assistance, please call us at 866-467-2967. We are available Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm PST.

Razor Scooter

The scooters themselves seem like okay quality. However, Best Buy shipped them, and the boxes arrived mangled and torn open. I contacted customer service, who told me I had to return them in person (I couldn't do it by mail because all four scooter boxes came in in terrible condition).
