The Razor Electric Dirt Rocket was purchased for a 9 year old child. It is easy for him to drive. It is light enough that he can get it in and out of his house with no problem and it is just small enough to fit in my Outback. It has no headlight which to me is good as it discourages use in the evening hours. The operational time for a single charge is very short, about 30 - 40 minutes and with an 8 hour charge time, it limits him to about two short sessions a day. I feel he may be physically oo big for the item in a year.

My 8 year old has LOVED this. It's one of the most used toys he has. It's well built/durable. About a year after getting it, the battery died so we'll get a new battery. They aren't too expensive though. Other than that, I think it's a pretty solid choice.

Great electric dirt bike for my 4/5 year old. I had to add training wheels to it as he’s just not ready to ride on his own yet. Assembly was easy and my son loves every minute of it.

This bike is nice… but it’s definitely too small for my 13 year old son so I gave it to my 8 year old… Be careful and watch your children riding this bike it’s very fast!

This dirt bike has been a hit! It is a solid, heavy bike with real tires, not the plastic ones you see on other battery charged ride on toys. This bike has a lot of power! Glad to know my 6 yr old tomboy can ride this with no fear of getting burns from gas powered bikes. This is a great way to see how they can handle and maneuver on a dirt bike before purchasing something larger and gas powered. I have a 6 and 11 yr old, it fits the 6yr old perfectly. I would not get this size for anyone over 8.

Bike is small but perfect for 5-7 year olds. Rides quite fast on pavement in the slow speed. Run time is about 20-30 minutes, less if on grass.

I purchased this Razor bike as a gift for the holidays. The bike comes packaged pretty well and needs very little assembly. Over all works great but it is a lot smaller than i had hoped for.

The bike was easy to put together on Xmas eve. The look on the kids' faces was priceless. They think it is a realllll dirtbike, and love it, so that is all that matters. They totally enjoy riding it. Its easy to use. Charge lasts about 40 minutes depending on weight of rider and inclines ridden on. Overall a great buy for Xmas fun.

This bike is a big upgrade from the MX125. It is a 24 volt system instead of a 12 volt system. The problem it has is the batteries. Lead acid batteries need to be maintained in a certain voltage range. Minimum voltage for one of these batteries is right around 12.1 volts. But the unit is allowing the child to run it down to 10 volts. This is the biggest problem with this bike. The other issue is the throttle is an on off switch. It's either full throttle or nothing. If you're planning to upgrade the throttle and the batteries it's an all right bike. But there are other bikes available that already have these upgrades. I would suggest trying to find a bike that has the lithium batteries. If you already have the bike I would suggest replacing the original batteries. Get some lithium ion batteries for it. Amazon sells some pretty good batteries that are on sale right now for as low as forty-eight dollars each. These are 12.8 Volt batteries with 18 amp hours of capacity. I would not recommend this bike without upgrading the batteries at the very minimum. Because the batteries will degrade immediately. The first time the child uses the bike until it dies it will have destroyed the batteries. The manufacturer could resolve this problem by making the minimum voltage 12.1 volts. That would protect the batteries.

Great product! My son (age 7) who struggles with balance was able to quickly pick up and go. Easy to handle and the perfect size for him.

Did a lot of research for my 7 year old for his Christmas present. This was the best option for him. I was thinking going up a size and I'm glad I didn't. Because he's tall for his age and he fits this one perfectly. He's able to handle it and go a safe speed. Only thing is that I don't like, it does only last 30 minutes and takes 7 hours to charge. I would recommend getting a secondary battery. Also it was cheaper than Amazon and I was able to pick it up from a store.

The bike is really good for its price. The build quality is solid, and the materials feel durable. It performs well and is perfect for beginners or casual riders. It’s also a great size for a 9-year-old. Definitely a great value for the money!
