I would say its a great starter bike to learn balance on, but wish it went faster. We have a slight incline in our yard and it will not pull my son up the hill. He is a smaller kid too. Ideal for flat, paved surfaces.

I wanted to build my sons courage and help him understand how to ride on rough terrain. It continues to serve its purpose through slushy snow soft and muddy ground, worth the money but can be outgrowned due to its safe safe and limited speed.
