Quit working after 2 months - Razor not reliable

I do not recommend Razor products, as I had one of the next size up that did the same thing. Not sure if its the battery or the motor, but regardless it sits unusable in my garage. Expensive waste of money.

Buyer Beware! Great for a month

Would not recommend for the money. But when did work the boys really enjoyed them.

The battery does not last long and your child will look foolish pushing it around the neighborhood all the time. Worst purchase from BestBuy we've made.

Hopefully, no issues, and I plan to charge and try it out prior to Christmas morning.

Not sure what can I do how can I get refund it is such a waste of money.

Mu hubby and I were disappointed in the size of this bike. We bought it for my 11 year old who is a bit on the small size and there is no way he can use it much longer. The specs said 13 yrs old and up. I'm not sure what average size 13 year old could ever ride it.
