Had to buy this when direct stopped carrying the CBS affiliate for a few weeks. I live in a condo and it works great for indoor use. I only live about a mile from the station but it works good and reception is great. I enjoy being able to watch things like Antenna TV and ME so will just keep using it even though I have the CBS station back. VERY easy to hookup Only complaint is for the booster power cord, too short and you need an extension cord, the cord is only like a foot long

Because Verizon is in a contract dispute with Fox, I had a friend help me pick out and install this indoor antenna for me to watch football games. It took him less than 5 minutes to install and I can easily switch back to cable when needed.

Djski, glad setup was straightforward and that you’re bringing in channels even in a rural area. If you ever reposition the antenna, run a new channel scan so your TV can lock in the strongest available signals.

I was surprised at many channels I could pick up as I live in a very rural area with lots of woods. I would have given five stars but since I purchased I have looked at more online and some have a much longer range of miles.

Easy to set up and install. Although told it pulls in local channels, I have rarely been able to access clearly the closest major stations within a 35-40 mi. radius. This might be the the stations fault themselves, I’m an elderly man who likes his local news.

Works well. Reception does benefit from direction you orient it. I wouldn’t say it’s omnidirectional as claimed. Also higher in house helps and that’s the case with any antenna. It’s a good design that the powered amplifier module is placed at the tv end of cable. Then you can locate antenna more easily on more neatly. I can’t justify spending more on pricier units. This is good value for amplified indoor antenna.

I needed a digital antenna for a friend who did not have the internet. This one fit was a perfect fit. He is able to watch all of the local channels as well as many cable channels that are sent over the airways. And the picture clarity is great!

This antenna is easy to set up, and works reasonably ok. TV signal strength depends where you live in relation to where the TV transmitter is located, and where you have the antenna located. In my case the 3 lowest frequency tv channels are not received at all or have very intermittent reception. Most higher frequency tv channels seem to be ok in good weather. Inclement weather makes some channels intermittent which can be annoying. Overall its an ok product.

With Verizon not having FOX network as part of the programming we have had for years and years it was necessary to purchase an indoor antenna. The RCA antenna works perfect for us.

I have cut the cable, and have moved to streaming, however, I wanted local channels for free, so I decided to get a Antenna! -Design- The Design is really nice and modern, and doesn’t look like a old fashioned antenna, it is just a seemless, black square. -Reception- I didn’t have to exactly point it to a tower to get the best reception, I pointed it to a tower more north of it, and still got the 1080p reception with no issues, it also does have a huge range of towers. -Resolution- Only the major channels (ABC, FOX, PBS, NBC, CBS) have 720p-1080p. Any other channel is 480p or less, but I don’t watch those since I use streaming for that. -Installation- It is real easy to install, all you do is connect the wire from the Antenna into the CoAx cable, then the wire from the CoAx cable into the TV, do a channel scan, and you got the channels! No need to wait or spend a lot on some TV professional. Summary: This is a amazing Antenna, but I recommend just to use it for the major TV Stations/Channels, and use streaming.

I purchased three RCA antennas, one for each TV in my home. I was able to watch the Super Bowl. I am very happy with the purchase, so much so that I canceled my cable, keeping WI-FI. I purchased a couple streaming platforms and saved well over $100.00 per month. We still have plenty of channels and programs to choose from FYI very easy install. The picture quality is as good if not better than cable, the band width of the antenna signal is wider than cable resulting in a very high resolution and picture quality.

My basic, non-amplified antenna could not pull in one major station (NBC) of the five I want. This antenna fixed that, and I did not need to fuss around looking for a good location. This one works fine hung on the wall behind the tv, so no extra wires all over the place. Hookup is simple, but if you have a wall mounted tv it's easier to connect the amplifier insert to the tv and then connect the antenna to the amplifier, not the other way around as per the instructions, Don't forget to turn off or unplug the tv first. It probably won't solve everyone's problems, but it did solve mine,

this product works but placement is key. When I first connected it I placed it flat beneath my monitor and scanned for channels, only getting a lock on a lowly 5... not impressed at all. Then I merely moved it onto a window sill and rescanned achieving 35 channels all digital no analog either time though. Of the 35 all seemed to achieve strong steady signal with no hiccups. Now I rigged a hanger type setup where it hangs from a plastic clip and small wrist strap from part of the window lock. With older style antennas you get a lot of channels but the signals are weak and cut out which is annoying, while this one... once you get it situated seems to be more stable. The fact that you have to plug it in is the only drawback for me personally.
