On top of that the sound quality of this microphone is top notch! Idk why you would get anything else specially if you have a podcast or stream.

This issue has been happening on and off since the day I bought it. Recently, it stopped working completely and no longer picks up sound at all. Reaching customer service is nearly impossible. Everyone is available when it comes to selling the product, but when you actually need service or support, it feels like searching for a needle in a haystack. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product. Buy at your own risk.

You plug it into the computer and you would get nothing but hiss on the headphones and nothing from the mic. What was odd is it could still get sounds from the computer via the USB connection through the headphone port. Searching through Reddit, I am not the first to have this issue.
