Really loved this thing small and compact and can take with you personally I’d go for the bigger one if you have the extra cash just in case you wanna invite extra people to record with

It is very nice to have, but it’s a little excessive if your only using it for talking on discord. Now if you need to run your audio to two different computers this works great. While also giving you the ablity to use a sound board with custom sounds and clips. There’s a bit of a learning curve with the software but once you figure it out it works like a charm!

best purchase by far, just started doing a podcast and this product works great. Its very user friendly and if you download the software onto your computer it makes customizing so much better

This is a great device if you are looking for a powerful audio interface. The on board processing is a great benefit and doesnt require additional computer power to process anything. Powerful preamps that power any mic, including my SM7B. UI is a bit convoluted and will take some time. App is nice but same issue.

I already had the Rodecaster Pro II for my podcast so it was an easy decision to purchase the Duo for work. It is great for work for home (as well as podcast of course) and I get compliments about my audio daily. You can't go wrong with any Rode products.

This is my first real audio interface. I used it to support work, gaming and my podcast. It's been wonderful so far, absolutely no complaints.

A bit of a learning curve. Nothing that you couldn't do with software, but it does make it nice to actually do the on the fly effects.

Great product, perfect for 1 to 2 man podcasts but you are very limited on inputs. For me it came down to being able to hook up my DJ gear, it just didn’t work out. Still a great product as long as the amount of inputs work for you

The muti-propose use is incredible, i use this for streaming videos. The fact I can just pick it up and bring it to a round table for Podcasting is just another plus ! This thing is a power-house and ease to use.

I went from the original Rodecaster to the Duo and I can't believe how powerful it is. This is the quality i come to expect from Rode and they do not disappoint.

Very powerful and contains the perfect amount of connections. The mere fact that you could bring in Bluetooth sound as an input is huge.

This thing is amazing But not everyone needs it. I love the ability to offload audio processing from my laptop to speed up computer performance. Lots to learn to really take advantage of it. If you don’t need all the things this thing does yet, start with something lower on the totem pole. I love how much power it has to be able to get great levels from any microphone. And there is a beta firmware to run usb rode microphones through it, game changer.

Easy and fun to use to record multiple tracks. It also perfect for podcast . I use it with my rode podmic usb and it works perfectly.

This is a great mixer if you don't want to spend $300 more for the bigger version. The UX/UI is great, input/output setups are great. Be warned, the soundboard has issues with some software platforms like Discord, requiring virtual cable (lame) but that's not a R0DE issue, that's a Discord problem
