Can be a little confusing to start out with.

Love the ease of use for it. But then it just stoppes working right. It would cut in and out while i was talking with friends or using it for work. Very frustrating.

This unit is very nice and allows a ton of customization. Just will take time to learn how to use everything. Once you get your feet wet with dialing everything in you will see why it was worth buying.
