The article may be very good, I don't know yet... what is terrible is the care they do not give to the articles in the best buy stores - on two occasions I returned the same product because the device was damaged, and the article also came opened and pretended that they were new... I think they are items that people return and then best buy wants to deceive you by saying that they are new... it is a terrible service I do not recommend you buy this item at all since they deliver it to you damaged in the store or they send it to you just as damaged.

This has changed the industry standard for the better, the interface is simpler than most, it’s very customizable, and it has fun features. Because of the ease of access and lowering the price of entry to advanced audio solutions, it deserves 5 stars; be aware though, there are cons! I am on my second unit, and will be using my protection plan again before expiry. As “cheap” as this is for the functionality, there are some quality control problems, such as significant fade of the buttons, and also discoloration. On both of my units I have had sound pads fail as well, despite using them very sparingly. The software also leaves a bit to be desired. Twice I have had firmware issues as well, in that they have impacted the sound quality of my show fairly significantly, to the point that my show needs to be recalibrated for sound on occasion. Again, this mixer has changed the game and has no equal at this price point…But it could really use some polish and better attention to detail.

I've used the Rodecaster Pro 1 for years, after using a variety of high end sound mixing boards, and love the power and simplicity. The Pro II just takes all that's good about the Rodecaster Pro and improves upon it. Access to soundpad banks is easier, the electronics used to give you great sound are a next generation, plus many simple but effective UI improvements. Highly recommended. BTW - make sure as soon as you start it up to check for firmware upgrades, Rode is putting those out rapidly.

One stop shop for an XLR interface and mixer. This thing is awesome! I use it for live streams and producing videos. No more sound post editing. I just EQ it straight grime the RCP2. Constant firmware updates with new features is a plus!

I bought this for my podcast , am amateur but it was pretty easy to operate

Great option for mixing a podcast or doing simple audio recordings. I’ve used more advanced consoles at work that are better but this is perfect for a smaller production or hobbyist. This one has a lot of nice upgrades over version 1.

Met expectations. You get a user-friendly board that provides Clean and professional audio. I did have hiccups but once I reset it, it was good to go. Took maybe 2 days to understand how to use it.

Absolutely love this, it makes everything easier and more professional. I'm still learning how to use it but the sound of my podcast is 10/10 thanks to this.

What I wanted from the start was to be able to connect my headset, mic, and have all my audio come thru one device. I was able to achieve this while using the RCP2. I also love that that you can map Midi keys to the SmartPads, I am able to Start/End wither my Recordings/Streams all on this one device. Another amazing point about the device is how you can pop in a MicroSD card in the back and plug in the device into an outlet and begin a Mobile Podcast if you wanted, you have 4 XLR inputs along with 4 headset ports if you had multiple guests. TL:DR if you want an amazing all in one mixer this is it. I am able to control my streams/audio/game colume/chat volume all at my fingertips.

This here its a game changer if your are doing any kind of podcast or video or anything related with audio amazing and its super easy to use, it also has a couple of custom preset preloaded for a couple of the most popular microphone and for what I need it for it sounds amazing.

This rodecaster pro 2 is awesome. I run my internet radio through it 24/7. Adds compression and has a limiter and loaded with great features.

This interface looks like a toy with all of the bright lights but its so well built and easy to use. Out of the box you can use it right away. Rode makes amazing stuff

This machine is phenomonal for podcasts and recording, for streaming I have the GoXLR where I can seperate music, game, voice chat, mic, and all my sounds, i got this thinking it was going to be the same but with more faders, but its not, you can only setup 2 different things, system and chat. I did email rode and they said they are working on it, BUT at the moment, it is not meant for streaming unless you are okay with only having 2 seperate channels and only using 2 faders.
