Wonderful mic! I was a film student and this mic can truly deliver professional quality audio with the flexibility of being on camera. Also, with this microphone, you can turn down the preamps in your camera to one and eliminate the microphone hiss that comes with lower-end options.

This mic performs like it costs 3x as much. Quality product that instantly enhances sound in your videos. Very versatile, too. You can plug it into your camera, computer, or phone and record very easily. It automatically knows what it's plugged into and just works. Definitely recommend!

Great microphone once set up. Watch a few videos to learn what this thing can do. It's a great microphone and well worth the price for what it does. Nice battery life, easily rechargeable and will last for my recording purposes.

This thing is outstanding, turns itself on and off with the camera, sounds very good. USB-C rechargeable, It is like a V-Mic D3 Pro but better automatic power handling - costs a little more than the D3 Pro... but $50 difference...

This microphone is worth every penny. The only complaint I have is the deadcat is not included and cost me another $40 (and I had to track it down at another dealer).

I used on a Nikon Z7 camera. Shot video within 3-4 ft of the subject. Subject's voice quality was not the high level I expected. Picked-up some feedback noise with mic pointed directly at subject. From this distance, the camera's mic had better sound quality.

My go to microphone for all Vlog and Doc work. USB C makes everything easier and quick for travel gigs. No chunky batteries ! Love the sound that comes out of this

Very nice microphone. Used it at a live concert and a professional wrestling show I filmed a couple weeks ago and I’m really pleased with the overall usability and sound quality I’ve gotten out of it. I did research before purchasing to know what settings I’d need to use and setup and if you know what you’re doing you can get great sound quality out of this thing that sounds nearly as good as mics that cost 3x as much. Highly recommended.

The Videomic NTG is a great mic suitable for mounting on top of a camera and filming in large spaces or outdoors. Because it's a short shotgun mic, you may not get the best results indoors (due to surface reflections) -- and you may also not get great results for subjects quite far away. That's nothing unique to this mic -- sound waves will always do their thing. For what it's good for, this mic performs admirably.

This mic is a great on camera mic for run and gun setups. I don't have experience to talk on for using it connected to a computer. I personally would select a dedicated mic for a podcast or voice over, but I've been super impressed with the sounds this captures. I was able to turn my internal gain down to 1, turn up the gain on the mic and get a really clean sound.

I use it for out of frame zoom and singing recording to replace Blue Yeti. This is amazing! Wow. Night and Day difference. yes i understand that Blue is supposed to be used near your mouth and this is a boom mic. for my purpose I should use a boom mic. I'm very happy with this purchase!

Being a pro videographer, sometimes I want a simple way to capture audio instead of bringing out all my field audio gear. This is a great mic that has many of the features I have in full audio setup.

Amazing Microphone! I use it for interviews with the DJI wireless microphone. There is no complaint here and would recommend it to all.

It has everything the RVMP+ has but with an excellent metal built as well as a far warmer and bassier sound signature. However it picks up a lot of background noise, so unless you have an incredibly isolated studio be ready to use some post noise cleaning

The Microphone itself was amazing, but I would have left the 5 star review if I could actually get it to work for my iPhone 13 plus, which didn't work at all, but it was great to use paired with my Sony A7 IV.

Sound quality is amazing and the overall weight of the mic is so light that you'll hardly think it's there. Love the versatility with volume and low cut options as well.

I love the safety channel setting as well as the high pass filter! I also love how it turns on and off with your camera! Such a great beginner mic!
