Great Microphone, but too big for current cameras like GH4, A7s.

I really like the mic. I film weddings and it always come in handy. It picks up great for things such as interviews too! I probably should get another!

This was exactly what I needed! Used it to record my daughter's graduation and award ceremonies. Worked great. I could tell the difference with and without it, and the sound quality is so much better with it.

I purchased this mic as a substitute for when I'm recording in the field, and don't want to use wireless mics. This does a wonderful job at capturing directional audio while minimizing audio interference from my subject's surroundings.

I love this mic. I purchased on months ago to use with my video camera. Now that we are using 2 cameras for our services I purchased another one. The sound is crystal clear!

I am very satisfied with my purchase of the Rhode VideoMic. Of real value is the 10 and 20dB gain reduction switch. This prevents camera preamp overload. I have obtained excellent audio track video recordings in challenging environments.

This microphone sits on top of my current Nikon camera. It is extremely easy to use, and works seamlessly with the camera and recording. The audio quality is pretty good, just not perfect. I may have to tinker with the settings more.

It's good for free, to big for my camera. If you have a mirrorless camera

I picked up this RODE mic for my small business and have used it on the Canon T6i DSLR camera. So far it has worked great for helping us make our short product and tutorial videos for our business website and social media. Happy customer.

Awesome shot gun mic! Quality is great and if you own a dslr this is a must! There are better ones by RODE but for the price you can't beat it. Definitely holds its value. If outdoors on a windy day you should purchase the cat fur muffle to block wind noise.

Good piece of equipment but is not advanced, and there are many better alternatives to choose from.

I have been looking for a mic for my camera for some time now and after some Internet researching i came across this as the common go to. After a few months of using this one i have nothing but great things to say about it.

Worked really well. Our in camera mic wasn't cutting it. This solved the problem.

It was alright I have a canon it didn’t sink well with my camera
