As a content creator, I was looking for a microphone that was small, easy to use, and way better than my phone’s built-in audio—and this RØDE Wireless Micro definitely delivers. The setup is instant: just plug the receiver into your USB-C phone and clip the mic on. No extra apps, no complicated pairing. The audio quality is super clear, even when I’m outside or moving around while filming. It cancels background noise way better than I expected for the size. The mic is extremely lightweight and discreet, perfect for Instagram Reels, TikToks, interviews, and vlogs. The wireless range is great, and I haven’t had any connection drops. I also like that it charges fast and the battery lasts long enough for multiple shoots in one day.

These mics are great if there isn’t a lot happening around the recording area, but if you’re looking for mics that completely block background noise, you’ll need to keep looking. The battery charge held up for several hours of vlog recording and the sound good, and required little editing.

I have DJI mics, but they didn't work with my Zoom PodTrak P2, so I was looking for something compatible with the Zoom PodTrak P2. I really liked the DJI mics, but they weren't compatible. When I found these Rode mics, I was surprised by how good they look and how great the audio is. I definitely recommend them!

I use this on an iPhone 16, iPad Pro M4 and the new Mac Mini Pro. I use it to dictate esssys, articles, etc on whatever device is handy. The audio quality when using Zoom. Other participants were asking right away what I had changed to improve the audio. The Rode name has been around my workflow for several years. The design of the Rode Microphone Mini is a solid addition to do what it is that I do - dictate to text, pagination in Scrivener and publish in Vellum.

These are great! Used from all the way across a soccer field and had no issues. Super clear and no fuzz at all. Great product, well worth the extra penny.

I already loved my Rode POD xlr mic so obviously was not disappointed in the quality of these! There’s no set up, you plug into your phone and go. The quality is better than any other mini clip mics I’ve tried for vlogging, and all for a great price.

For such a small microphone, it's better than a lot of bigger ones that I have used. Better than any headset for gaming by miles.

First time buying a mic for my phone for videos. The app downloads pretty quick and its pretty much plug and play from there. You dont have to mess around with anything unless you want to get extra technical.
