Amazing accessories, horrific audio quality

It sounds so muffled and like someone is talking into a pillow. On the upside the accessories are AMAZING, it comes with magnets, lav mics, deadcats, cases, chargers, etc. It comes with everything that you need... except for good sounding audio.

Battery failure!

I was able to charge all three to 100% but the one loses battery VERY quickly, 25% in 12 hours turned off. The other two stay at 100%. I contacted RODE support a few days ago but haven’t heard back. I will return this product.
