Square readers is simple and fast and easy to use. How ever the entire Square support system is exactly what my small business needed. With Square you business has the opportunity to have tools that most CC processors doesn't give you opens doors. Payroll, a line of credit, online invoicing all thing that my business needed to allow my buiness to grow.

A little pricey for what you get. This is just a card reader that does chip and tap to pay....it does worl but it should cost less. Also if youre buying this to use with an ipad be aure to have an android device handy to install square on then synch to the reader so you can update the firmware othwrwise your in for hours of pain and frustration which square support kbs are not super helpful with

Old reader quit working purchased this one an dit stays charged for more than one day and hooked up easily to device. the ability to use this reader instead of typing in payments has made transactions move so much easier

Had a little trouble keeping it connected at first to my phone. Ended up forgetting, then reattaching through the square app. After that, it has worked really well. So easy, my kids are using it to sell concessions at our school. Only consideration is if your phone has NFC, you may not need this thing as your phone can connect to cards with the little nfc logo (most cards do these days). However, if you want to use both ApplePay and GooglePay, then this is the reader to get.

I have had the Square reader that you plug directly into your phone before, but it was very limited in its capabilities. With this device, I was able to have people tap their cards, phones, and any other way they needed (like inserting their chip if they felt uncomfortable/unsafe with other methods) and it was very easy to use. The reason I am giving it four stars is because after I fully charged it and had it connected to my phone, I was having issues with people being able to tap the reader, and every few customers would have to tap their card on my phone. Overall, I believe I will be able to figure out what is causing the issue and fixing it, but other than that it is a wonderful device to have for my small business!

Great product! The staff help me find this product just by telling them what I needed.

I was a little disappointed that the first transaction wasn't free to test the card reader, but the app is well layed out and easy to use and the card reader held charge for a full day. I do recommend a docker or something to hold it as it's a little small and kinda easy to use, but we love it!!!

This square reader is so much easier to use that my old one that I would plug into my cell phone. It is making taking payments so much simpler.

After looking over several options for a small business we settled on square. Being able to quickly pick one up from best buy was very convenient. Setup was quick, and easy. We were taking payments shortly after purchase! If you need an easy to usensnf understand credit card solition, i highly recommend this as an option. The best buy staff member who helped us was great as well.

Square card works by tapping. It’s easy to use and works well with the app for contractors.

It works like a charm also it is easy to use small businesses friendly.

My wife uses this for the craft shows she is a vendor at. The last show 25 percent of her sales were on square, that sales that would have been lost if she was cash only.

We pretty much own and use everything in the Square world. For our mobile store, we have multiple registers, but for a quick sale, this is contactless reader is the best. Seemlessly connects to your mobile device through the Square app. We keep one in the truck, cuz you never know when somthing's going to sell!

Genuinely very surprised at just how easy this was to set up. Connected to our Android phone easily, we downloaded the Square app, and were up and running. The app is actually surprisingly good as well. Could not be more happy with this!
