Pros: Instructions were clear for putting it together. Flame looks real. Wanted a larger size like this so it matched the size of the one in the family room. This looks like it came with the house and keeps the room toasty.
Cons: universal complaint is the sticker on the glass. Takes a plastic scrapper, blow dryer and a LOT of patience. Does stick out a bit due to baseboard and shoe mold, but we expected that. Creativity to hide that.
Overall, a quality piece.

I was looking for an electric fireplace that looked more like a piece of furniture than a cheap fake fireplace (no offense to others!). This was exactly what I was looking for. It arrives quickly, was fairly easy to assemble and works great. The fire looks pretty realistic considering it isn’t real. It make the room so much more cozy.

Over the past two years I’ve looked at tons of fireplaces. The Harlan grand fireplace was the one I kept coming back to. This fireplace is everything I wanted and more. The flames are realistic looking and the size is comparable to a real fireplace. It was easy to put together . It’s beautiful. I would highly recommend purchasing this fireplace

Overall well built and good quality. Really enhances the room and gives you a great fireplace look. I live in souther california so its never really cold and as far as the heat itself its decent for the space. Keep in mind the coldest its been since Ive used it was 52degrees Fahrenheit.

Beautiful fireplace that warms a large area. Assembly was a problem as the top molding didn’t fit together properly and the black board at top is slightly too long.
