Since the older Mazada Models weren't meant to be built with a back up camera, I didn't know how they were going to mount it without it looking awkward. They ended up suggesting where the license plate frame is and it ended up fitting perfectly and doesn't look like it doesn't belong. They did the work very quickly and they did it with ease. They were very friendly and walked you through how it works on your in dash unit.

It's a very nice device that fits my needs, mostly to back up since with my 2012 jeep liberty I can't never tell when I'm too close to the car behind me. Be careful backing up and still keep looking at the side mirrors since the car's corners are not shown in the camera view. the mirror is big and nice,little dark but it's fine, the cam view is a square to the left corner, which is shown on the box. I'm pretty happy so far with this purchase.

They did a great job installing both the stereo and backup camera. I appreciated that they fit the backup camera installation in. I was not told that this required a separate appointment. I also had to pay separately for them to install the backup camera.

I got scheduled for an appointment at a store where they don't carry out this service. And after asking the employee for a store where they carry this service, they sent me to a location that is 1 hour away. I went, and once I got their, they told me they don't do walk-ins and I have to make another appointment, which I did from the store, and I drove another hour back home. I came to my appointment, and when I got there, they said they cannot connect the wires as my car is European made and they don't have the necessary parts to make it happen and asked me to order them online. They already know which car model I have because they took all the info for scheduling the appointment, and it would've been an easy process if they contacted me before driving another two hours. I got home and decided to cancel the service, but they said they cannot cancel it through the phone and I have to visit the store to be able to do so (driving for two hrs more). And btw, the store marked my service as complete too without touching my car.

The agents installed a touch screen car play stereo and rear view cam. I purchased from a non-best buy retailer, but the suggested items needed from Best Buy were spot on. They were able to finish slightly ahead of time which was nice. The on wheel volume controls don’t work with the new system, but very pleased with the install work. The team did a nice job and would recommend.

Definitely recommend Best Buy team to install it they did it quick clean and haven’t had any issues with it they know what they are doing!

Install was good, but the communication during the install was non-existent. They were almost 2 hours behind and I was never notified, so when I was dropped off to pick up my vehicle, it hadn't been started yet. Annoying, but the back up camera works. I'm going to assume this does not happen at every BB and I would hope this was a rare instance.

INSTALLATION NOT ACCEPTABLE. THE ENTIRE INSTALL TIME REQUIRED 3 HOURS (NO KIDDING!). AFTER DISLOCATING A VITAL CONNECTION AND BLOWING A FUSE THE SECURITY SYSTEM OF MY CAR WENT INTO EFFECT DSIABLING THE ENTIRE SYSTEM. SOL ITION REQUIRED A PHONE CALL TO AN EXPERT WHO WAS ABLE TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. NEVER AGAIN GEEK SQUAD!!!!!!!!!!!

Outstanding service!! The back up camera was installed and works perfectly. I was able to bring my own, and they made it work for our Toyota Solara so my teenager has one. Highly recommend their service as it’s reasonable and saves a lot of time rather than doing it on your own.

Worked out real well for me as it only took less than an hour and a half, so I walked around the Best Buy store looking at other products. They called me on my phone when it was done. Very professional installation with no damage or greasy handprints on/in the vehicle. Kudo's to Best Buy !! Very satisfied !!

Had the guys at the store install my backup camera, thought about doing myself, but this way is much quicker, and better. They did a clean install, and the cost is reasonable.

The decision to upgrade my system and include an after market backup camera was a great decision. I love my new stereo system with Apple Car Play and love the back up camera. The wait time to get the appointment took a while but I was very pleased with the job the installers did. When I picked up my car, the installer sat with me and showed me a few tricks.

The techs installed a radio receiver in my vehicle and did a fantastic job as usual. The in-store tech was very knowledgeable and make sure I got everything I needed to the auto techs to do their job without skipping a beat. At-ta-boy to all involved!

The agents just took less than the required time (estimated) to install the rear camera in my vehicle. I thought it was going to take awhile given that all the internal parts had to line up and be brought all the way to the front of the vehicle while concealed within the inner parts of the car. The agent was very professional and took less than 30 minutes on my vehicle, as opposed to the estimated 45 minutes. I am so impressed with the quality of work done.
