The installation was perfect . I was going to install it myself but I chose the Geek Squad and I am glad I did .

Very pleased with my interaction when getting my backup camera installed. My installer was very polite and explained what was being done with my vehicle.

Got me in on time and did a good install. He listened to changes I wanted made and did corrections on the spot.

Installed rear view camera bought from Amazon, Sergio the tech was very helpful and very knowledgeable and helpful. I would defiantly recommend geek squad installation.

Wish they could have given me a better description for the actual camera’s abilities, as previous review fir camera specifically very dissatisfied. As well as, a time frame for installation. Was not anticipating it to take over 2 hours to install. Would not have chose to wait in store had I known. Yes, maybe some of this is my own fault for not necessarily asking, but still feel I could have/ should have been informed or expectations set.

Got two of my vehicles their new dash cam rearview mirror here. Excellent installation and setup. Would highly recommend the Joe Battle location for your car electronic needs.

My car is too to have had a camera in it when I bought the car, so I had it installed later. It works perfectly. It has a wide perimeter.

The team was courteous and friendly from start to finish. If an installation opportunity comes up again I know where I will have it done.

Only front and rear camera, not interior and at twice the cost of others that offer 4 camera views and not 2. Customer service during install wasn't great either. They overcharged me on install when I was quoted a different price when I drove an hour for install, asked for someone to call me. (NOPE) Go to your local shops.

I used the my Best Buy total IT subscription. Services are always great here, but this was by far, the best experience I have had with Geek Squad and the Best Buy team!
