My installer did an excellent job. The installation looks like OEM.

I actually purchased a different device then the one i had installed. When I showed up for the installation, talking with the technician uncovered that what I wanted from that device was not what it was designed for and the technician showed me something that would serve my purposes perfectly. It meant ordering the correct device and waiting for delivery and install again but it was worth it and it happened faster than expected. Troy and Shawn are excellent techs and pretty good salesmen as well. I am very happy with my purchase, the installation and the performance of product. Still learning new tricks and jewels about it daily which is fun too.

Jaume did an excellent job installing the dash cam to my RAV4. He was punctual, very polite, and worked efficiently. Overall, excellent customer service skills. This man deserves a raise!..seriously, or I'll hire him

I arrived early and work started a bit late - not a big deal. No waiting area and one of the techs implied rather clearly that waiting in the installation area was impeding them. Not a warm and fuzzy comment! Three guys working, only one of whom seemed customer oriented. I had clearly told the installer well in advance when discussing over the phone and at check in that the rear view mirror would be replaced as part of the project. One even tried to tell me I should have bought the "tie on" version in the store. Not once was I told there was an up charge for replacing the mirror. Not until I was checking out when the installer handed me a bill for an additional $32. Pretty crappy way to handle! And the charge seems exorbitant to remove and replace a couple of screws. Maybe it was warranted, but I should have been told BEFORE the work was done! Other than that and the lack of a waiting area installation was fine,

Jake was helpful with picking out the type of backup cam I wanted and scheduling the installation for me right away. The next day Alfredo did an amazing job of discussing the options and my preferences before doing the installation. I was pleased with his attention to details and help finding an additional part that was required. This was my first experience with Best Buy, but I would definitely go there again for assistance with technical purchases, installation, and continuing support.

Excellent work. The technician explained the process, answered all our questions. Was very patient and gave us very good and important information about our cameras and all the equipment. Will definitely use Geek Squad for our further needs.

The installer showed great attention to detail. Very pleased.

His technician was fabulous. He showed me how to operate. It moved and adjusted a few things that I preferred and was very helpful. I highly recommend him.

The person who installed my bacup camera (believe his name was Robert?) did an excellent job. Camera works perfectly and the workmanship was flawless. He was also the same person who installed my Pioneer Digital Media Receiver and I am thoroughly satifised with his installation skills/workmanship.

Once again, Victor proved to be an invaluable asset to this project! Everything was done to perfection! Wires and connectors were either completely hidden or carefully laced together. His work has inspired me to complete additional projects on my Ford Raptor and Ford Mustang GT/CS.

We had scheduled an install for two vehicle, cameras, and on the day of their installer was I'll. Unable to find another appointment at the same store we went online and found that the W Bell Surprise store had openings and they booked us right away. Dave and crew did a great job with our installation, as well as signing us up for a club membership, and we have definitely sung their praises to our friends.
