Gary and Tony at the Lafayette store are fantastic! They get the job done correctly and ask questions about minor tweaks you may want to make sure you have exactly what you want.

Not completely installed in early Feb due to defective mirror (or so installer thought.) On subsequent visit, the tech manager figured out VW Accessory power has 2 different grounds, so his crew's original hardwire install was wrong, resulting in a wrong diagnosis of a bad unit. When new unit arrived and experienced same issue, he took a voltmeter to itand found the wiring issue and corrected it. We are very happy with the result.

After an initial installation failure at a different store, the techs at the Knightdale location hit it out of the ballpark! Rewired and cleaned up the original installation and the backup camera / dashcam system works exactly as it should. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I bought this item from our local store and it was the installer’s last day there. He didn’t have time to install it. The manager suggested I go to Tampa or Jacksonville Fl. Both about 2 1/2 hours away. The installer said I needed an extension cable to finish it. I went back home and ordered the cable. I finished the installation and found the back camera was upside down and positioned so when the tailgate was let down it hit the camera . The front cables were not fully installed and not put under the overhead covering. I wish I had returned it then. I waited till after Christmas and called the store I got it from and again was told they didn’t have a installer yet.

Camera gives choppy video sometimes like a bottle-necked stream, but sometimes gives a perfect feed. No idea why. Installer said he noticed the problem when he installed it. Not going to fault the gentleman who installed the camera because I don't know enough to say whether it's a faulty camera/cable or faulty installation. I do wish he investigated the issue further though. I waited a month for this installment! If it weren't free as part of my membership I would've gotten it done elsewhere quicker and with more personalized service.

This backup camera does what it is supposed to do. At night the thing is but helpful. Lights from other cars are so bright on the camera that all you see a large, white spot. You end up having to use your rear view mirrors.

I just have to say that Ray with the Geek Squad did a tremendous job for me. I had done some research and thought I would have to go with the rear-view mirror option but Ray dug deeper and found that there's a harness and camera for my model of car which could utilise the existing display in the car and give me a much larger screen size for the backup camera. He did the install in less time than was advertised and ensured everything worked for me and that I understood how the system worked before leaving. Great job Ray!

Our techinican was very professional. He is a very detail oriented individual and took his time to explain the features and installment process of my device. All my questions were answered and I felt very comfortable with the whole process. Thank You Best Buy!

This is nore about Web Root. I keep getting "breaking news" popups. They are disruptive and annoying and I can't stop them. Other programs prevent them and Ireally want them stopped. I haven't taken my computer in again because thorough cleaning and scanning has resulted in loss of access to gmail and some of my files. What else can be done and how do I get rid of popups without deleting webroot and getting Norton or McAffee again?

My wife has always wanted a VW “Bug” and we purchased one in November 2018. The car is great. But didn’t have a rear camera. Cameras looks and works great. Employees were very friendly. Installation was the cheapest and best in town by far. $179.99 compared to $400 - $500 everywhere else.

Again I am totally impressed and amazed by the work/job done by Dave the technician at Thunderbird Road. I brought an aftermarket no brand name GPS and Camera System with no instructions but he managed to figure it out and integrated it with my existing head unit. If I ever have any questions he always take's my calls or I can stop by Best Buy even without an appointment and he always take's a few minutes to talk to me. Outstanding!!
