Again I am totally impressed and amazed by the work/job done by Dave the technician at Thunderbird Road. I brought an aftermarket no brand name GPS and Camera System with no instructions but he managed to figure it out and integrated it with my existing head unit. If I ever have any questions he always take's my calls or I can stop by Best Buy even without an appointment and he always take's a few minutes to talk to me. Outstanding!!

Agents installed my daughters back up camera. They were very nice and professional. They were also very honest as they warned us in advance that we had purchased a backup camera that did not list the car it was being installed in so it might not hang from the windshield properly. They also advised us as to a possible solution to that problem. They made something I thought was hard look easy.

It hasn't been very easy to get these items installed. Either the Tech was sick or bad weather. Finally after 3 months I got it installed. Blake and Stormy we're both awesome with all the problems which was out of their control

Mounted as advertised. The only bugaboo was the technicians insisted they were calling me to come in much earlier as several clients bailed out on the schedule but I was at work and unable to do so - that’s why there is such a thing called a scheduled appointment!

Austin and Carl are ALWAYS great. Same this time. Very professional and they do great work. I have had several vehicles have various things installed. Always great.

Sadly we returned it before it was installed but everything I read and I read online and in the store this was a great item the problem for my husband was the reason we returned it is he had an issue with trying to look up and use the rear view mirror with that so with that so we decided it wasn't a good idea

Trusted the Geek Squad at Best Buy to install a backup camera with dashboard display in my 2007 Honda Accord. Outstanding job, looks like it was factory installed. This is the second time I trusted a vehicle after-market installation to the Geek Squad. A few years ago they installed a replacement radio in my 1995 Accord. I have already recommended this service and products to several friends.

The technician was absolutely the best. Friendly, courteous and professional. I can’t say enough about how great a job he did. Everything works perfectly and the car looks like new. I wish I remembered his name so he could know how appreciative I am. I know this sounds like over praise, but he really was fantastic.

Purchased a can and needed a backup camera. Installers made the appointment and install easy. They were great!quick install and They were able to install and show me how to use the backup camera.

The tech installed my backup and dash cam perfectly. The girl who installed my camera was very nice work with. Knowledgeable and got it done quick. I will be coming to see her for my speakers in the future for sure!

Best install to date ! The tech Sidney was very knowledgeable, very patient and kind. He listened to us and gave us options when he could. Most importantly he did what he said he would. As long as Sidney is hear doing the installs I will continue to buy and have all my auto tech installed here. I send friends and family to this location too.

It was relatively easy to set up the appointment online and the tech called me with valuable info regarding the compatibility of the device i bought with the vehicle i wanted it installed in. The install was done professionally and the tech went above and beyond to get the install done right even though the product did not come with detailed instructions.
