Purchased a can and needed a backup camera. Installers made the appointment and install easy. They were great!quick install and They were able to install and show me how to use the backup camera.

There was an initial hiccup but the boys came back strong in resolving it. Many of these fellas have honestly kind and friendly demeanors--not at all fake--which I sincerely appreciate in addition to their skills in fitting my car with what they and I determined would be the best solution.

Added backup camera to my wife's car. It is a great unit, but the best part is the expert/professional installation by the Geek auto install person. He was knowledgeable, polite and very efficient. No one would know the device was not factory installed. Thanks Best Buy for a great unit and installation - the perfect combination!

I got the run around trying to make an appointment on the phone. I was disconnected 4 times. I got the run around trying to make an appointment to put my camera in. My time with different people I went into the store to try and make the appointment they told me I had to go on the phone three days later I went back to the store in Bolingbrook and I got the appointment that I wanted. When I got to the appointment the gentleman told me that they don't have the tools because a manager didn't buy the supplies that they need so there goes that appointment. The gentleman was really nice behind the desk he told me to come to Aurora and Aurora had all the supplies they need for my camera. I bought my camera off of Amazon and they said that it could be front-mounted. Yes it was front-mounted but it's upside down and the technician said that there was nothing he can do so was a waste of my money of $160 + $40

They seem to know what they are doing! I had after market back up camera + drive recorder, stereo unit and two front and two rear speakers installed. Only thing I had to purchase was the stereo unit adapter to connect wirings. One that I brought it in did not fit my vehicle.

The installation was clean, but when I got home I discovered an issue. The tech used the lip mount to install the camera and the camera couldn't be adjusted for the best view. With the way the camera was mounted, I would hit the object in the backup camera although the object was in the green zone on the camera. So I decided to mount the camera using the license plate mount to allow the camera to be adjusted for the best view. I had to go to the hardware store to get a screw and bolt to mount the camera, because it appears that the tech stripped the threads on the license plate mount and didn't reveal that to me. There's no way the tech could have tested out his installation and couldn't tell that the camera was not positioned right to keep you from hitting the object behind you.

Front and back up camera connected by best buy installer was completed nice. My sister is super happy. Thanks Best Buy!

I had multiple pieces to install in my car, including the backup camera, the backup mirror, a new stereo, and front/rear facing dash cams. There was one guy in the shop, and he literally spent the whole day on just my vehicle, and he did a fantastic job with it.

The camera was mounted on the outside of the van. My last camera Best Buy installed was on the inside of the SUV where it works much better.

I found this amazing dual camera (online), that is placed by the rear view mirror. It has cool features that I didn't expect to have but now enjoy having. They installed it and explained how to operate it....Very happy with the results!

Geek squad successfully mounted my backup camera. However, my rear view mirror wasn't tightened properly, causing it to fall off. Also, the backup view is so transparent, especially when it's bright outside, that it's hard to define between normal rear window view and the camera image.

My car is a 2003 model and this unit was best backup camera available for my car without having to disassemble the dash. The techs were great and did their best for me. I have a backup camera that helps me to see behind me.

The installation of my backup camera and rear view mirror display on my Audi A3 was done perfectly. Everything looks and works fine. It looks like an OEM backup camera that came with the car. Dillon and his team did a fantastic job.

This backup camera is really good. Much clearer image and much easier to see in bright sunlight than the backup camera on my 2010 Prius.

Product works great. very good quality. Only one complaint: mirror magnifies items in rear view. A bit annoying to me, as I have a protective Back Rack behind my rear window and it's difficult for my eyes to properly focus with that and traffic behind. Wish mirror did not magnify.
