The agents make an excellent job installing the cameras and and reviewed everything with me before I left.

Has the guide lines for direction makes parallel parking a breeze or if I'm hooking up my trailer. First day we had it a kid at Costco ran in back of our Tahoe while we were backing up but the camera pick him up saved us a lot of pain that day.

Its a good deal when you buy something you want protection on.

They stained the inside of my seats. They weren't careful where they stepped, or they were dirty all over. I don't know, but they made a mess. They did a poor job installing the rear camera, resulting in a useless image quality for the week or two I had it. They said they installed it inside because that's what the instructions said, but when I called the company, they said it strictly says the rear camera goes on the outside of the car. The fact is, everyone says what they want. They made me waste a total of 5 hours and gas.

Highly professional job by these guys! Not the first time they have taken care of me. I can tell you if I ever need them again, they will be called ASAP!

This was a birthday present, and I was thrilled to get it. The Geek Squad technician that installed it was professions and he got the job done in the amount of time he promised. I love this mirror as it make backing up my truck much easier.

He did a terrific job with the wires , hiding them, and making it look nice, but could never get the back camera going (for rearview mirror)But..He was very honest, and it could very well be a bad product he tried to install, and he set up another appointment to look into it further..Actually, I give him 5 stars for trying..who knows..it may not be his fault..we will see..the most important thing is Chris Darville cares about getting it right, and is going to try again. I truelly appreciate his effort, and knowledge. Let's hope we get this figured out.
