My mirror dashcam was partially mounted. The GPS monitor and rearview parking option wasn't added. I have to make another appointment.

Besides canceling my first appointment I waited a month for the second one went off good my rear view mirror was not secured

Actually bought two of these, one for front, one for back, Kenwood Indash Control Head, GPS and this product work great together. Installation was done profesionally.

I had the most frustrating experience with Geek Squad at the Best Buy in Valley Stream. Despite driving for an hour to make my appointment, I arrived just 9 minutes late due to unavoidable traffic. I politely asked them to proceed with the installation, but was met with incompetence and indifference. Even after showing them proof on my phone and in the app that all the information was correct, they claimed I had the wrong booking. It's disappointing that such a simple request couldn't be accommodated after the effort I made to get there. Avoid this location at all costs.

Great job on the install by best buy. Was quick and professional and hid the wires well.

Was charged for the wrong installation (price was double what it should have been). Got a refund for the difference but was told it could only be done in store so I had to make another trip back to the store.
